Pros: The location is convenient with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. For the most part the staff were great. The pool was heated, which was great for a winter visit. Cons: The first floor must be the smoking floor because you could not get to the elevator without getting a large dose of second-hand smoke. The mattresses felt like they were as old as the hotel. The walls and floors were paper thin so bring earplugs. Both kids ended up with bloody toes from the bottom of the pool.

It wasn't what I expected. The sheet had a stain upon arrival; the room smelled like mold. The beds were not that comfortable. The hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms.

This room was $396 for 1 night….really Very low quality I’ve stayed in motel 6 that was Way better for a fraction of this cost Bottom line I won’t be getting a room at comfort suites again I will say staff was very nice and helpful

Horrible , Trash in the bathroom, broken mirror in the bathroom, hidden towels , missing tissues box empty , plus for the room price I was expecting a suite very clean water th a good smell , but didnt happen , I decided to stay one night only and mover other place with less money and clean

Shower water spigot leaking. Faucet leaking. No water pressure. Noisy. Hair dryer not secured to wall.

We have stayed in many Comfort Inn hotels in the past and found them to be consistent in their value. This hotel, although clean, is showing alot of signs of wear. The shower had very poor pressure the whole rime, the AC in the room was loud and hard to have on and sleep, the vending machine for water was broken and no other place to buy water in hotel, the paper in the bathrooms very cheap, etc. The positives - the staf was friendly, the room clean, and the bed comfortable. Just felt the room was extremely overpriced for the value. Cannot recommend.

The check in staff were very nice, and made my first impression very pleasant. The room and bed was comfortable and very quiet.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice area of town, lots of stores and restaurants near by.

Location was close to our event and we had shopping nearby and a steak house.

So helpful and welcoming after a bad experience at another booking Staff is great here

Staff at check in was not friendly and did not explain any amenities on site. The website never mentioned the pool/ spa was closed for remodel. Breakfast was ok. Would like salsa for eggs.

It appeared to be somewhat "remodeled" but not alot, the room was Ok..to small, noise coming from adjoining rooms Awful coffee, paper coffee cups to small Limited selection of offerings for breakfast
