Semuanya bagus, kami dapat meninggalkan koper kami sampai kereta berangkat.

Perhatian yang sangat baik pada saat kedatangan, mereka memberi kami kesempatan untuk check-in sebelum waktu check-in, yang membuat hari kami lebih mudah, perusahaan yang baik, udara di kamar bisa lebih dingin. 👍

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan stasiun kereta, dengan dekorasi kuno. Pelayanan yang baik di meja depan/resepsi. Kami tiba di hotel di pagi hari, dan ditetapkan untuk check-in pada jam dua siang, tetapi meja depan membiarkan kami check-in lebih awal, yang sangat nyaman untuk keluarga kami dengan anak-anak!

The distance is actually quite far from the train station. And the road to push the luggage is quite noisy also.

Hotel Abbot located near train station Sants , like 5 min by walking , so it’s nice to stay there if you need travel next day , the room was so nice and clean , bad super comfy , the bathroom clean ( so important for me ) . The guy on reception was super helpful and nice ) Gonna back for sure ❤️

El personal fue súper amable y la limpieza del hotel es muy buena. No obstante, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, creo que necesita una reformilla. Por lo menos, la habitación que nos dieron estaba un poco descuidada. Otro inconveniente fue que no pudimos poner el aire acondicionado y nos pilló el verano de San Martín, por lo que tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas en pleno Noviembre. Bien es verdad que nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, porque a la nuestra le daba el sol todo el día, pero para 1 noche que nos quedaba cuando pusimos la queja, decidimos no cambiarnos por el trastorno que suponía. Lo dicho, un buen hotel, situado al lado de la Estación del AVE, limpio y con un personal muy muy amable.

老闆不會説法語，但是很友好，早餐有點敷衍就給了咖啡橙汁和牛角包，這地方北邊有超市 但是晚上外面比較危險 儘量去人多的地方

一間簡單簡單酒店近火車站的酒店，前台服務不錯！

離火車站很近。早餐中規中矩一般般。出行非常方便。

Close to train and bus station. Easy walk to hotel. Clean and comfortable room with good sized bathroom. A/C and elevator. Friendly and informative staff. Added bonus: The Abbot serves a sumptuous breakfast every morning that's included in the room price. This is the place where airline's have their pilots and attendants stay.

All good on arrival and check in . Returning to room at 9pm, air con on for 2 hours and the rooms not cooling down. I go to reception to explain the problem. I'm told "the air conditioning isn't working / on, because outside it's not warm enough to need it (see photos. It's 20degrees outside and 25degrees inside.!) 'Have you a fan?' No no fans. 'Is there a room that's cooler?' No. No cooler rooms. 'Tomorrow you can take it up with the manager' (tomorrow I'm leaving....) Yeah I get it. You're on the nice quiet night shift and you can't be bothered giving customer service. Disappointing. 137 euros a night? 4 stars? Disappointing. And I won't be returning.

Great hotel, lovely and helpful staff and very clean! Had a great experience there!

This is in a great location. A 10 min walk to the train station. The rooms are clean, well stocked and spacious. Breakfast was yummy. staff Was very nice
