Ulasan AC Hotel Barcelona Fórum by Marriott

Conveniently located near the convention centre for business purposes with a shopping mall directly opposite and a metro station nearby. Service staff was quick and helpful when it comes to queries and requests for room amenities etc. Room was clean with daily room make-up and top-up of room amenities and comes with Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules).

Hotel is located close to conference venue and train station is within walking distance. There is also a mall opposite the hotel and cabs available by the curb side which was convenient. The only limitation was language barrier with the staff. On our last day before check out time, we were shocked when a lady barged into our room but could not communicate in English and appeared frustrated.

We arrived at 8am and had no option to do early check in so we had to wait till 3am. We were promised (blocked) a connection room but when we came back at 3pm it was not blocked as confirmed earlier. We had to wait over 30 minutes for them to find us new rooms. Otherwise clean and big hotel rooms with beautiful view.

Very nice stay here! I would like yo choose here if I go to Barcelona again:)

酒店的位置靠近對角線購物中心,公交地鐵都很方便，距離市區有一些遠.交通購物周圍都非常方便，餐館也很多,酒店的服務也還中規中矩

double book了，攜程現實不能退了。酒店前台説可以退，但是他們退不了，需要平台退，讓我聯繫平台。我聯繫了攜程，把酒店的建議説了，退了房費4晚。 這是第二次住這家酒店了，去年summer vacation也住這裏。酒店乾淨，早餐豐盛，服務好。游泳池在13樓，景色很不錯。

很乾凈，有海景，就是窗户太高。有咖啡機，水，熨斗，燒水壺。房間精緻舒服。早餐種類很多，有火腿。總體不錯的。

房間很小，設施陳舊。床單上有污漬，第二天的大浴巾展開后里麪掛着個用過的創可貼……第三天保潔直接拿走了一條浴巾毛巾和衞生紙以及取電卡……最主要是就在剛才，7月2日上午10點25分，一個陌生人居然刷開了我的房門進來了，我正躺在床上休息，沒來得及制止，萬幸對方是個女的，説了sorry跑出去了……

前台服務一般，我的酒店按金一個月了，到現在還沒有退還，我已經去過兩次郵件，但是均沒有回覆，還打過電話，也沒有解決問題。並且前台有一定混淆視聽行為，説給我們升級，但是錢交了後，升級的房型和以前房型一模一樣，沒有變化，衹是樓層變了。前台辦事效率低。管理模式需要進一步改進。

地理位置非常好，傍海濱，早上跑步非常nice

酒店周圍環境不錯，也比較便利。這是下次出行還會考慮的一個選擇。但不配備牙具，相信這是全西班牙統一的。
