Hotel is old. The facilities are old. Staff are friendly to come to room to help fix the broken facilities n restoring the hot water supply for showering. Located in old city centre therefore it’s very convenient but also very noisy

The hotel was fine I mean it was really cold we were freezing at night and the breakfast was really bad I didn't like it had nothing only the soup was good and when we were getting our room the man wrote the paper wrong,I well give it three stars I wont recommend to stay here again if I come back to adana

Pretty bad. The room is long overdue a major renovation. Lobby was kinda nice.

All is very nice But no have Menemen from Breakfast. Herşey çok iyiyidi. Ama kahvaltıda menemen olamamasıntam bir hüsrandı bizim için.

Everything was good ! Recommend ! Especially swimming pool in this hot month!

Location was very central. Clock tower and the famous mosque is just a walk away. They serve good breakfast and room was pretty clean. Cheap room prices too.

It is a very old building, not as described in the pictures. The service can be said to be good. The rooms need to be renovated.

The room we stayed in was incredibly dirty and old. The bathroom sink was covered in rust. The bathtub was falling apart. They even fixed it a little when we complained the next morning. The white towels had turned dirty gray. We couldn't enjoy our breakfast because we couldn't see anything clean in the restaurant. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for accommodation. It was an incredibly bad experience for our guest from India because there was no staff who spoke a foreign language in a hotel open to foreign countries.

An average hotel in the middle of the city. A renovation would suit the hotel well. However, most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, breakfast is the same every day.

I don't know why it is a five-star hotel. The facilities and configuration are equivalent to small hotels below 100 in China. The lighting is very dim and the bathroom is small and dirty.
