Ulasan Renaissance Barcelona Hotel

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices, including hot foods. The parking was horrible, I rented a car and entering the parking garage was very difficult because it is too narrow to turn into. I hit my rear tires twice, there’s no mirror to see if another vehicle is trying to exit while you enter. The hotel is far from everything but there is a train station within a few minutes; however very difficult to use because completely in Spanish with no workers at the station to help you. As far as cleanliness this hotel fails horribly. The sheets are curtains were nasty had horrible stains, for the price one would think they would have a higher standard for cleaning. Also the bed was very uncomfortable, it felt like we slept on thin plywood. The bed platform & chair need to be replaced they have tears in them. Please get a lighter room when we arrived they put us in a dark gloomy room so I requested a change. When I requested a room change the front desk person seemed quite annoyed not understanding at all. I would say the drinks from the rooftop bar were amazing. I am only give this place 3 stars because of the rooftop bar & the breakfast we included with our stay otherwise I would give this place a 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you visit Barcelona.
