TTamuI am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

KK. JonesyThe young man that checked me in was unbelievably nice. The hotel room is huge as well as the bathroom. There are many restaurants located close by and the highways were easily accessible. There is a parking deck that you have to swipe in and out of but luckily I was offered free parking since it was my first time to Houston.

TTerrance XuShuttle bus from airport from 5am to 11:30pm, 30mins/bus
No free water , but have tap water at Gym at level 1
Toothbrush should have but when I there , out of stock , very surprise and have to buy from supermarket at own cost , so cross finger for that
Gym is tiny but enough for daily workout
Breakfast simple but very good for health
House keeping is not by daily but upon request , surprise me again
Good hotel , friendly staff and good housekeeping , u know what I mean

NNick JessieMy experience here at The Sam is always amazing. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgable, and they take the time to get to know you. Staying here makes me feel like I don't even want to leave after being here for a weekend or a night. Facilities are clean and highly operable as well. All in all for my wife and I we give this place a 10/10. I book the same room every time we want to get away, and for this holiday season we decided to get rid of the kids and enjoy ourselves!

TTamuWhen we arrived at our first room, we did a walk through. We found the air in the room musty and unpleasant. The toilet was unclean. We immediately went to ask the hotel receptionist for another room or to have someone come and clean it. We were given a second room. The second room had a burned out lamp, with a melted plastic globe, and a non-functioning phone. Once again, we asked the hotel receptionist to send someone to replace the lamp and to connect a working telephone. We got a third room. The third room was cleaner, better smelling, and the phone and lamps were working ok. There was a leaking faucet in the tub, but we were fine with that. I was glad the hotel receptionist was helpful in getting us cleaner room, with better working devices. Sadly, the next day, I asked for an office area where I could use a computer and internet, and they said the computer was not working.

PPengguna AnonimThe room was filthy microwave was disgusting bathroom sink was disgusting it reeked of smoke even tho it was a non smoking room. My husband and I was extremely disappointed an dissatisfied the headboard was disgusting it was a complete disaster a 190 bucks down the drain
