Great Escape Hotel. We went to Lipe to celebrate my mother's PhD graduation, but a massive storm near Lipe delayed our trip and forced us to enter the back side of the island. Although, the hotel's concierge team knew where to pick us up (along with our stuff). We got a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. It seemed like our hotel restaurant was the only open place on the beach that day due to the heavy storm, but the food was excellent. Some shops on the walking street opened for us to buy souvenirs. However, our family still had a good time together. When we stayed, our rooms were clean and neat, but there were a lot of leaves in the pool.

Bundhaya Resort is conveniently located close to the jetty, right in front of the beach, just 5-minute walk to Koh Lipe's Walking Street. I love the overall ambience and really like the room's interior.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming drink while checking in. The staff were also helpful, assisting with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, the service was excellent.
The breakfast offered is similar to other hotels, but for Muslim guests, it's important to ensure which is the halal food. Please note that an iron is not provided, and there is no designated ironing area.

3. Cold room when you enter it. AC works even when you are out. Each time you return to room it's in optimal temperature.

We are a group of four, and the room is spacious. The bed is very comfortable. They provided baggage services, sending our luggage to the pier when we checked out. The hotel is located at Pattaya Beach, just a short walk from Walking Street and the pier. Breakfast offers a variety of options, from Asian to Western.
One minor issue is that the water pressure for the shower is slightly low.
Beautiful view from room, worth its price. Will still come back if revisit kohlipe.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. We stayed at Sita resort for a week
We had a room near the restaurant and front desk. The accommodations were clean and the room had all the amenities of home including a romantic outside bath. The grounds were kept up the pool was sparkling And of course the beach that was only a few hundred feet from our room was amazing

Fantastic place, attention to each detail, beautiful hotel territory, well designed room with a unique design, very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing it’s fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe.

We had a fantastic stay at the Resort which was very conveniently located close to the jetty landing. Being situated at the end of the Sunset Beach, it was less busy and expose to the general public, making it rather private. We had to change the room the first day due to a plumbing issue in one of our rooms. The resort was also very accommodating in changing the 2nd room to a ground floor unit as I’d suffered a knee injury prior to the holiday. The daily buffet breakfast had wide choices and something to look forward to even after 4 nights. Kudos to the ever helpful receptionists and Boy who was super helpful and informative. Will definitely be a choice of stay again.

A great resort with good setup inside, and direct beach access. Room is standard for the island, expect 3-star standard.
However the staff members are not very friendly. When I went to ask them questions, they basically questioned me why I do not know where to find things etc. Weird.
The staff members at the bar/restaurant area were even rude.
Funny though that when several white European guests approach them, they are much more friendly, smiling and asking how their visit has been. When I approached them, they just looked at me with no smile: “what do you want?”

AArtemov OlegI think this is the best hotel on Koh Lipe. It is excellent. Namely the hotel, I will tell about the beach separately. The houses are simply gorgeous, huge with designer interior. Inside there is everything you need, as well as: umbrellas, disposable toiletries, sun hats, slippers, coffee machine and so on. I recommend that you immediately study the application on your phone from the hotel. Through it you can order a transfer to the hotel and the main street, as well as make an order for laundry and any other needs. The local restaurant is very good. The food, although expensive, is delicious. Pleasant atmosphere without crowds of people. Live music plays in the evenings. Life hack: if you get from Pak Bar, then choose the boat company taweesub speedboat. Because they sail a direct flight for 1 hour 20 minutes and arrive 70 meters from the hotel. Beach: good, few people. They clean. Nearby there is a place where people run to the sunset in the evenings. Even at maximum low tide, swimming is great. And the ebb itself is not noticeable.

One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

One with rocks, the second without rocks. Fish. Great for snorkeling. Good, tasty restaurant for evening dinner. Breakfasts are a la carte, nothing special, but everything is delicious. I recommend. The staff is wonderful. Sincere. Everyone is kind, trying to help. We took a snorkeling excursion from the hotel (trip B) and were also pleased 👌🏼. The rooms are of course old, but this did not spoil our vacation!

OOlgazlatGreat location. We usually left the hotel and went to the right side of the beach, and there were fewer boats and more places in the shade.
We booked a small house with a fan - there are two in the room, but one was enough for us. The windows are partially glazed + mesh, the audibility is high (neighbors at 7 am do not think that others can sleep). The territory is green, lots of plantings, floral decor.
Refrigerator, kettle, TV with a set-top box (nothing to watch), glasses and mugs, coffee + sugar + cream.
In the bathroom there is gel, shampoo, caps, toothbrushes with mini paste. Always hot water with good pressure.
Cleaning upon request. Water and toilet paper were put daily.
The staff is super, they respond quickly, always smiling.
We asked in advance in what's app what time and which ferry we will arrive. Upon arrival, they met us on the beach and took the luggage to the house.
The only thing is that there is not enough light, one light bulb inside the house.

GGuest UserThe concept is pretty nice, but the bungalows are quite outdated — we stayed at 3 different hotels (2 on the sunrise beach, 1 at the north pole) and all the hotels are a bit oudsted inside.
The girls at the reception were great, helped us with everything we asked for.
The territory is not that big, compared to other resorts. But very green and a nice layout.
The biggest disappointment was the a/c — it was old and very noisy, even at the minimum fan level, and obviously couldn’t cool the room down. In April and May a/c is the first thing that must work properly cause it’s extremely hooooot.
The bathroom at the balinese villa is huge, but there is not air circulation, so after you take a shower be ready for a weird smell — not from pipes, but from the humid space with no ventilation.
One more thing we didn’t like was that there was no shower or faucets in the beach area — so when you’re done with your beach activities and head back to the room you won’t find any water to help you get rid of the sand. We had to use the pool for that reason.
The breakfast is pretty simple, it’s not a buffet, but you can choose different options from the menu. Very basic taking into account the price you pay for the villa — for the same price you will get an amazing buffet at the Idyllic concept next door with plenty of options, including noodle station, roti station, ice cream, etc.
For 1 night it was okay, but I’d hardly choose it for a longer stay.

The most troublesome thing is that the air conditioner brings the problem of mosquitoes, and some of the mosquito nets are too short to be effective. Friends who are afraid of heat need to choose carefully.
The hotel has many services. The PADI dive shop is located in the hotel and provides rental of various equipment.
Located at Sunrise Beach, watching the sunrise in the morning is an excellent view.

The room is so-so, there are cracks in the floor, it's old, the sockets don't work, they spark, instead of 2 beds there is a double and a single bed, they gave 3 beds with one single bed. It's a bit strange to sleep like that. There was no table in the room. But there was a beautiful cat with kittens. Please feed the cats when you stay at this hotel and pour fresh water🫶
