TTamuGreat location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus.
As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before.
So it really was a 50/50 experience

its make my day. Unique design and functional hotel. I love bathroom is so big and powerful rain shower. Bed is so comfortable , Amenity like shower and body lotion are good smell and soft. Overall comparison as price I am happy to stay here.

PPengguna AnonimWe had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks.

Stayed at voco Madrid Retiro and overall, it was a solid experience.
The location is one of its biggest strengths. It’s close to Retiro Park and in a quieter part of Madrid, which makes it ideal if you want to avoid the chaos of the city centre while still being a short ride away from everything. Getting around was easy with taxis and public transport nearby.
The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed in particular was excellent, which matters more than most people admit after a long day walking around Madrid. Housekeeping was consistent and the space felt well-maintained.
Service was generally good. Staff were polite, helpful, and efficient, though not overly warm or memorable. Everything worked, no friction, but also nothing that really stood out.
Breakfast was decent with a good variety, though it can get busy during peak hours. If you’re particular about a calm breakfast experience, go early.
A couple of minor downsides. The hotel lacks a bit of character and personality, and depending on your room, soundproofing could be better. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable.
Overall, voco Madrid Retiro is a reliable, comfortable option that does the basics very well. If you value convenience, cleanliness, and a quieter location over boutique charm, it’s a strong choice.

While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay.
The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable.
The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work.
The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day.
The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. TTamuBiayanya sekitar 20 euro untuk naik taksi dari bandara. Dibutuhkan kurang dari sepuluh menit berjalan kaki dari hotel ke stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Lingkungan sekitar tenang dan sarapannya banyak variasi secara keseluruhan saya cukup puas.
