Hotel location is just right beside Saint Louis BTS and very conveniently located just a few stations away from the main shopping districts. Located just opposite to Health land massage center makes it so easy to have a good massage after a long day of shopping 😃. I have informed Ascott during my booking that I will be celebrating my 20th anniversary with my wife and they were so nice to decorate the room ! Room is clean and very spacious. Although you can hear some noise from the riser sometimes, but still acceptable. Hotel reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. We needed help to contact a local shop during check out and they were very very helpful to keep calling the shop owner till it was finally resolved. Great service! Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. My wife loves it, happy wife happy life 😉

Ascott Sathorn is in a wonderful location, so convenient with skyrail outside the door but this comes with it’s negatives, the hotel is SO noisy throughout the night, I sleep with white noise and the constant rumble, music and sirens weren’t masked by the white noise, for me this is such a downside and for that reason I wouldn’t return back to this hotel… I did ask for a quiet room and I wouldn’t consider this quiet but maybe it is compared to rooms on a lower floor!
Pool and breakfast opening times are really good, we liked how early we could go for a swim! (Or eat)!!!
Service was generally okay, check in was slow and I was pushed into signing up for some rewards despite mentioning my husband already had an account, and was told we’d receive two drinks but never did…
Apart from that everything was great!

Ascott Sathorn is conveniently located in the business zone and it’s approx 1-2 walking distance to St Louie BTS station.
The rooms are spacious and staff are very nice and helpful.
During our stay the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. However the reception is able to arrange the swimming facilities at Somerset with shuttle bus transfer.

Absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! They went the extra mile by upgrading our room and left a touching bed decoration in honor of our wedding anniversary. Such a heartfelt gesture truly made our day. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. And to top it all off, the breakfast offerings were delicious though not a lot of choices. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay!
