Ulasan Anya Nana at Sukhumvit Bangkok

Hotel tampak bagus, orang-orang ramah kecuali satu, tetapi Anda memilikinya di mana-mana, kamarnya bersih dan rapi, Anda hanya mendengar tetangga Anda, yang baru kokoh akan lebih baik dan Anda dapat mendengar lalu lintas dari jendela.

Sangat buruk, mahal dan sangat kecil kamarnya. Tidak ada pemanas di kamar mandi. Kamarnya tua dan kotor. Tidak ada blower untuk rambut. Berbeda dengan gambar..

Cukup banyak kotoran di dalam ruangan. Check-in membutuhkan waktu lama. Staf tidak begitu responsif. AC dan fasilitas buruk. Tidak ada pengering rambut di kamar, meskipun saya memintanya, staf mengatakan mereka tidak memilikinya, sebenarnya mereka punya… karena salah satu teman saya harus pindah kamar karena kondisi kamar yang buruk, dan di kamar baru, ada adalah pengering rambut.

No swimming pool under maintenance , staff at reception is rude , rooms are so small .

Very clean hotel and room was large. we loved it so much. staffs were so helpful and cooperative.

This hotel doesn’t deserve 3 stars at all. 2 stars is its maximum. The only good thing was is people who work at reception, that’s it. It’s a very poor neighborhood, I didn’t know that in advance. Smells terrible outside and inside of the hotel as well. Even my bed smelled terribly. I was discussed and didn’t want to touch anything there. No toothbrush, no toothpaste, I even had bugs in my bed! No ventilation, I hardly could breathe there. And I couldn’t open windows, it’s impossible. All decorations inside the hotel are really old. And the most funny thing: the day of checkout I was packing my stuff, and I was about to leave my room. Checkout is at 12:00. And at 11:57 they just shut down electricity in my room! Hahaha that’s the service! I’m going out of my room with 2 suitcases, and there was a guy who worked at the hotel. And he comes to me, I thought that he will help me with suitcases, BUT! He came to me and said: “should I check your room?” - with very unfriendly and suspicious face! I’ve read some reviews about this hotel and found out that they are looking for something damaged or even if your towel is dirty they will charge for it. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel ever!

We got free upgrade to deluxe room which is a lot bigger than the superior room because superior rooms were fully booked at the time of our check-in. Location is good. It is so close to the boat pier. You can also order food from the hotel with a fair price. I know you can get cheaper food outside but for those doesn’t want to go out it’s a steal. But menu is limited though. Toilet is also clean. The problem is it only comes with adjustable shower head. I would appreciate handheld shower head but it’s ok. Communication is not bad too, a lot of staff can speak English. Another thing I would complain is there is only one plug or power socket at the bedside table. Since we have two beds one socket beside the bed is not enough. But there is another socket near mini fridge. AC is a bit direct to the bed so we had to move our bed a bit too. And bedside lamp is not dimmable(cannot adjust brightness

1. the rooms are just renovated and still got bad smell. 2. Hotel management don't know how to eliminate or to minimize the bad smell of paints, new furniture and bed. 3. there is no table, no chair, no kettle and even no bed/deem light 4. Reception / duty manage don't know how to serve their customer, need to be trained what is hospitalities. 5. Since we are not allowed to cancelled and not available rooms in required dates, we stayed there for 8 nights by using our own Air purifier at all time. 6. I won't stay there again and won't recommend anyone too. 7. In facts, there is no deluxe room compare to the other hotel, just Standard room (they named as Superior room) and Superior Room (they named as Deluxe room)

Nice location and good service

I had a deluxe room on the front of the building, the room was plain and scruffy but clean with plenty of natural light and the hot water pressure is good. the pool area needs a revemp and the mosquitos made it unuseable. I was told by the lobby they had it sprayed weekly but all the planters need to be done away with immediately. The lifts are small and also scruffy. A tasty breakfast and the usual gracious Thai staff. A walk to the vibrant Arab quarter and through that to Sukhumvit Road, aside from the 7elevens there are 2 good Western style supermarkets available.

The hotel is ok, lobby look clean. The room is lovely but there is no hairdryer. It’s located near night life area just a bit walk to Sukhumvit 11. 7-11 nearby.

It's okay but they should arrange dinner also...this side is not good... Also need to check bathrooms basin is it properly working or not...
