Lokasi hotelnya bagus. Hari pertama pas check in tidak ada air panasnya, suruh resepsionisnya periksa. Ketika saya harus berangkat untuk makan malam, saya menjelaskan bahwa saya tidak keberatan staf hotel masuk ke kamar saya untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini, resepsionis menepis saya dengan nada tidak sabar untuk pergi.
Ketika saya kembali ke hotel, masalah air panas tidak teratasi, saya harus menyalakan air selama 15 menit sebelum saya bisa mendapatkan air hangat (bahkan tidak panas).
Saat memasuki kamar, ruangannya juga sangat gelap dan Anda harus bermanuver dalam kegelapan untuk menekan tombol utama di samping tempat tidur untuk menerangi ruangan.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, easy to find and close to many places. The staff has a lot of experience and they can answer questions quickly and efficiently.
Hotel is clean and mostly modern, rooms have all essential items. The pool and gym need an update, but the restaurant is nice and modern. I will come again to this place, it is ideal for 2-3 night stay.

Was here for the Songkran festival and this hotel is great because it is literally 1 minute walk away from the new emsphere mall and around 5-6 minutes walk from the Phrom Phong BTS station.
Basic amenities with a spacious clean room for solo travellers and couples. They have a basic gym and pool to get yourself a simple workout done.
Staff are extremely friendly and always helpful.

The location is very convenience just a few minutes walk to everywhere including the new shopping mall "Emsphere".
The hotel is small but room are big come with bathtub and a nice rooptop with a good size swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpfull.
