The room is too dirty. I’ve stayed for 2 night and both of the night I see cockroaches 😱😱😱

My only complaints are minor. Very slow internet access. Invasion of mayflies that could have been cleaned up a bit better. Otherwise a great stay.

Easy to ride train

By the time I arrived, check in counter was closed. Call many times no one picked up. Security guard has no idea about my booking, acting like I was lie. Took me almost 2 hours.

Inflexible check in. Have to walk 6 minutes from Lak Song MRT. No food only a small cafe.

The only reason i chose the hotel as it is the nearest and within walking distance to the event centre for an event i was attending. It has basic necessities. Cleanliness of the bedsheet need to be improve as there were stains. Location is at the end of a quiet street - not advisable to walk at night. Take a GRAB ride if you plan to arrive at night. If you a first timer in BKK or a tourist, bear in mind it is quite far from the city centre. A deposit of THB500 in cash is required during check in and refundable at check out.
