Kondisi sanitasi oke, tapi fasilitas utama terlalu buruk. Sinyal WiFi hampir tidak ada. Air panas untuk mandi tengah malam. AC-nya tua dan berisik di hotel modern tanpa hal-hal ini?

Lokasi sangat strategis, beberapa menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun BTS, 7-11 sangat dekat dan juga Nana Plaza untuk kehidupan malam dan makanan di sekitar … Kamar hotel sangat bagus dengan mesin cuci & rel gantung yang tepat serta fasilitasnya sangat bagus. Satu-satunya hal yang bisa ditingkatkan mungkin adalah variasi dan kualitas makanan, jika tidak, semuanya bagus. Staf sangat ramah

Ulasan buruk! Pertama-tama kami naik mobil dari Pattaya lebih dari dua jam untuk sampai ke hotel ini. Kami check in jam 2. Kami diminta menunggu sebentar pada jam 2.15. Saya menjadi tidak sabar dan bertanya kepada mereka berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan kamar, mereka bilang mereka masih membersihkan, bisakah mereka memberi kami kamar untuk menaruh barang bawaan kami, istirahat selama satu jam dan kemudian ganti kamar? Saya langsung marah. Keluarga menunggu hampir satu jam dan mengatakan mereka tidak punya kamar. Lalu saya mandi malamnya, salah satu bak mandinya rusak, yang satu lagi bocor, setrikanya ada yang rongsokan, pengering rambut berhenti bertiup setelah beberapa menit, dan saya harus menunggu sepuluh menit baru bisa menggunakannya. . Mejanya sederhana, tidak ada sikat gigi, tidak ada tisu, hanya tisu toilet, tidak ada tempat sampah di kamar tidur kedua, sampo tidak cukup untuk dua orang, dan dekorasinya biasa saja. Yang paling lucu adalah saya keluar untuk membeli sesuatu dan keluarga saya ada di hotel. Ketika saya kembali untuk mengambil kartu saya dan memasuki kamar, ada pemadaman listrik. Hari menjadi gelap selama tiga detik hantu! Sungguh mengerikan! Pengalaman yang sangat tidak menyenangkan, saya akan memblokir hotel ini mulai sekarang!

Stayed here last year and I find the location quite near to the BTS. It is very lively at night, there’s only 1 way to enter the hotel so it may be a little jammed. What I like most is they have a washing machine! You do not need to go to a laundromat if you’re here for more than a week, I extended my nights here. Everything is great, I ordered GrabFood every other day. Not sure why I am unable to connect to the hotel wifi with both my laptop and work laptop, it keeps saying bad password even though I entered it correctly.

Overall is decent hotel, but the room condition is relatively old. It would be a plus point to stay here if there is an upgrade the room to newer condition

The design of the drainage system in the restroom is bad. The water flows to the side of the toilet.

We requested for extra towels as we have sensitive skin and needed to change after each shower, the housekeeper requested THB100 for us to get towels. Disappointed with the service and we found small cockroaches near the pantry/in the room. We tot we will rebook this hotel due to the facilities, but maybe not

The shower faucet is at fault, failing to switch between tap and faucet.  Leakage of water from bathtub area due to fundamental and structural flaw, that being the shower area is not totally concealed by a whole pane of glass. Sauna at pool was out of order!

My 2nd time staying at the hotel. This time, I think that cleanliness can be improved compared to my first visit. Hotel staff are friendly as usual. The rooms are very huge and come with full kitchenette and a washing machine with drying function. Hotel facilities have a gym and indoor swimming pool. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at PARKROYAL Suites Bangkok. The location is excellent, just 350 meters (6-7 minutes) from Nana station and a 15-minute walk to Terminal 21 Mall. The washing machine in the room was a huge plus for easy laundry during my trip. Highly recommend for convenience and comfort! No

Big round. Can see that the room is a bit old. Given the price that I’m paying, I’ll expect more as well. Surroundings are the night life. Can be quite happening. 7-11 right across the road near Novotel. Able to see fireworks on new year eve! Great if you like watching fireworks from hotel room!

Stayed here for 3 nights, excellent location - just 3mins walk to Nana BTS. However, also gets very busy in night due to several bars located around the hotel. Hotel was newly renovated. Room was more than 50sqm with two TVs and a large living room. Had a very good gym as well

I stayed at park royal for my business three day and had a really enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making check-in quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, from a cozy bed to a well-stocked bathroom. The hotel is located in a great spot—close to nearby attractions, shops, or restaurants], so it was easy to explore the area. I felt safe and comfortable walking around. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend park royal to anyone visiting the area. I’d happily stay here again!

Location is near to BTS, Shopping mall and Nightlife entertainment. It has pool and gym facilities Opposite has convenience store.
