Convenient place for shopping, right in the centre of wholesaler market, only the road is narrow, advice to walk till main road to call ride

I was a bit concerned about staying at this hotel after reading some reviews mentioning that the rooms had a musty and strange smell. Here's my experience after staying. - The rooms had an unpleasant smell (out of 5, two were reported to have a musty odor), but we opened the window to help with ventilation. - Two of the rooms lacked hot water for showers, but before we checked out, we noticed there was a heater, which you might want to check. - The sofas in the hotel lobby are old and have some stains, and the towels in the hotel seem like they haven't been changed in a long time. - The location is great and very convenient. There are plenty of food options in this area and walking distance to central world , big C … With the price given , I'd be open to returning. The location is super great!

this is my 3rd stay in 1.5 years, my first visit was great and i think it is appropriately priced. i always come back here as i like how it’s situated right in the shopping district. however, it is impossible to get a grab - you need to account for at least 30 minutes extra as there is always heavy traffic in the area, and drivers will always request to cancel or even cancel on their own. with my most recent visit, i’m quite disappointed with the room, as our keycard had issues with the electricity and we kept getting blackouts, our shower kept flooding (bad plumbing) and our air conditioning keypad kept not responding. our room’s wifi was so bad we had better connection using other room’s. this was my first time in double beds as well which takes up more of the room, leaving less packing/moving space. the staff here have always been very nice which is another reason i like to come back but from my latest experience, i may not anymore :(

Excellent location Walking distance to central world Walking also can reach Siam center through bts station or else you make take grab car or grab bike🤪 Pratunam market just below this hotel and cleaniliness is there ,air cond is cold enough, staffs friendly Food and massage,7-11 are down here. Will comes back again definitely Keep it up with the cleanliness and services.

Simple, no frills hotsl inside a building in an alley. Very convenient if first love is shopping. Rooms were acceptable for the price paid. However, light sleepers may have to be mentally prepared the rooms are not sound proof and people walking, talking along the corridor can be abit loud. It is hard for vehicles to go in the alley. Mcdonalds, 7/11 are less than 2 mins away.

Hotel located within Pratunam market. Within walking distance to Platinum Mall, Big C , Siam Paragon. Lots of massage and eateries around. Room is spacious.

No bedroom slippers provided. Bedsheet have like mouldy/ wet smell. Furnitures also old and whole room does not smell good. Will not stay again. Room Service is super slow. Reception staff is also not fantastic. Overall very bad experience.

I will highly recommend to stay if you wish to purchase any good and shopping around Pratunam Mall area Is about 10mins walk from Metro Ratchaprarop if you take the Airway link from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Location Hotel come down a lot of shop clothes, buy food , McDonald's and 7-11 around.

Room is nice good location, everything is fine and welcome drink from reception. Will recommended to my friends. Will stay this hotel again next time.

The hotel is in a very strategic location for those who wish to go fashion shopping, as there are many fashion malls nearby. The staffs are very helpful.

there’s always this weird noise coming from the bathroom. and when you’re alone, i mean you tend to overthink. but all in all, great location great people around. will come back again.

Hotel located right above pratunam morning market. Good for those who are looking to shop a lot around this area or platinum mall. MacDonald & 7-11 are both walking distance away. The streets are narrow and packed hence is hard to get a cab.

The hotel’s location is with a wide range of different clothing shops just downstairs. The entrance is quite unique. A lot of local Thai massage places around with good and reasonable prices.

Hotel location is very convenient, staffs provide very friendly services. Two things to highlight: hotel doesn’t have proper main entrance for car to drop off & pick up, hv to take lift from a shopping mall to level 2 then can see the hotel. Hotel need to constantly check on room cleanliness as have small crokroach in toilet crawling. Cupboard too dusty can hang clothing in. Over the experience with the hotel is rather pleasant. Thk u & keep it up to improve further!
