Stay was good.. very nice to stay for quick checkout and checkin Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..

Reached the hotel and checked in at 1:30am. The room allocated to me had a strong stench of nicotine and cigarette smoke. I got an asthma attack and at 3:30am I asked for another room and was given one. That room was better than the previous one but still had the cigarette smoke smell - so much for non-smoking rooms. Compared to other holiday inn, this one is way too small. If you have 2 pieces of luggage, you’ll have to jump through them when you move across the small space. Apart from this, let me list a few of my observations and experiences: Positives: - This place is good for those travelling and working close by who would just come to the room for a nights sleep and who smoke - The guy at the breakfast place is quite attentive and makes sure he attends to the guests - If you’re running short of shampoos or towels, a call is all it takes for them to arrive at the room Areas of development: - Not a spot for non business travellers - Rooms are small and stinks of smoke - White towels are now turned to brown - At breakfast, the sausages and omelette were cold - Despite the late check in, you can’t check out late without paying a charge Overall the experience was bad with me leaving the place with breathing trouble after 5 days. Skipped breakfast for 3 days due to cold food. Finally, not looking for a generic response with a copy past template from the hotel management.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday inn express, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly escorted to my beautifully appointed room. The room itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, featuring modern amenities and a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant served a delicious array of dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. Breakfast each morning was a delightful start to the day, with a wide selection of both local and international. Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn Express was truly memorable. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding amenities made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

A disaster. It is a 2 star hotel at best. I booked it merely because of the brand name and proximity to place of business. To be fair, I requested for early check in and they gave me a room at 9.30 am. but that needed a lot of push. I could see people checking out, and despite that I was being told that all rooms are full and earliest check in will be at 12 noon. When I pointed out that people are checking out and I am an IHG member and I had put in the request well in advance, and I had a meeting starting at 9.30 that housekeeping was contacted to make a room ready. Now comes the room. it is like a motel. with the toilet and bathroom separate. Washbasin is in the open, with the sleeping area. I have attached pictures of the bathing area, which should give an idea of the dimensions, stains on the tiles. Also picture of the separate toilet and the room, which shows washbasin on the left. The lighting is dingy. if you have to work, you have to open the shades. I would not recommend unless booking this place unless really desperate.

Over all service provided by hotel staff is awasome they are very helpful and polite. specially I would like to thank's Mr CHANDU for his service and house keeping throughout my stay for 15 day's he helped me alot. So thank you so much. I hope staff will maintain the same kind of comfort for guests when someone will visit next time.

Good experience and very great, nice help and care from the staff. Especially room service and care of Mr.Chandu. Highly maintained well, daily checked and cleaned too. Need not worry with the staff around here. All the things are safe and sound!

I didn’t expect this would be soo pleasant to stay but staff there made my day and stay comfortable and nice. Staff were very cordial and made my week stay like home. Location from the work place was perfect. It was clean and nice. It’s affordable in terms of cost. Rooms are small but comfortable for single guest.

Stayed for 3 days. It was a pleasant stay and all the services are good. Its walkable from nexus mall and my office. Overall a good experience.

Stay was very nice and staff's are very friendly and polite rooms are very compact & quiek check in only concern about there is no bell desk service if any old age people check in very difficult to take baggage and overall service was nice will visit again
