The hotel is beautiful and the staff behind it is a lot more commendable than words can explain, Faizan, shiwani, saijal made my stay so much better just by their service. Very efficient and warm. Thank you for making my day with your hospitality and sweet gesture

Faizan was very humble and kind. I loved the food and hospitality. U are doing great. All the staff members are very kind and helpful. The room and the hotel is well maintained and clean. Ever time I come to Bangalore I enjoy the food in the buffet. Thank you and kudos to all the team.

During my stay at Gokuldam I had my breakfast and lunch at My place restaurant and it was an amazing experience and it added more value when Faizan wowed me with his exceptional service. Great place good food perfect ambiance excellent staff keep it up

Very good food and excellent service best hotel I have been to. Me and my family enjoyed it very much.The entertainment such as swimming pool, gym and more were amazing.The staff were also very kind and and polite especially Shibani and Nagarjuna and Satish.

Mr. Faizal and mr,satish are so well behaved and sweet they offered us a cake which made our day as we were starting our day. So nice of them. we clicked a picture. It such a well gesture.

Services were amazing and food was also good mr.faizan and Satish were very polite and humble towards all customers thank you for your services.

Good property with spacious rooms. The veranda are also spacious to walk and there is an atrium at the centre of the hotel like a mall. But the service is too poor. Housekeeping also needs improvement as towels and toiletries are not replaced daily. The response to the service like water bottles, towels etc are also very poor and we have to remind them multiple items to get it done. Breakfast and dinner spread are good, but again service is very very slow testing our patience. Some of the rooms also need maintenance and the door lock is not maintained properly. Mostly used by airline staff and corporate employees, so the service is not like a star hotel. Gym, spa, sports band indoor swimming pool facilities are available.Service is not worth for the cost provided especially if you are booking on your own or for a family stay at the property.

Today is my check out from gokulam grand Hotel and i would say truly I am gonna miss this hospitality and warmth all the staff members has given to us is incredible. Thank you faizan, uday, shavani and team. For making our food time amazing. It's all about serving from heart and you all truly deserve the appreciation.
