本來訂房是吸菸房 到櫃檯也特別說要吸菸房 結果整理行李好 從房間出去才發現房門口張貼了禁菸公告 傻眼 到櫃檯說要換房說要等 可以等我們晚上回來再換房 晚上回飯店先到櫃檯說要換房 說我們先回房間整行李 整好再打電話到大廳 會有服務人員來引導換到吸菸房 結果帶去櫃檯說準備好要換房 結果石沈大海 還得特地跑到櫃檯去問 櫃檯還說他們不知道 真是羅生門 可能我說外星語 沒人聽得懂 等到退房早上 我打去問幾點退房 櫃檯又是鬼打牆 胡言亂語 不知道到底幾點退房 只是說幾點退房有這麼困難嗎？ 一間這麼有名的星級飯店 結果櫃檯搞得跟旁邊小旅店還差勁 （我前晚住隔壁走路一分鐘的兩房兩廳兩衛的旅館便宜，櫃檯溝通完全沒問題）真是傻眼 飯店設施是不錯 但廁所淋浴乾淨度不好 房間燈也不夠明亮 櫃檯真的溝通障礙 超扯

酒店新，各方面都很好，出門左轉就是很出名的一家本地餐廳，晚上10點鐘去吃飯都要排隊。衞生 隔音 網絡 早餐都可以的。

設施：雖然年代比較老了，但設施整體不錯 衞生：挺好的，乾淨整潔，印象不錯 服務：挺熱情周到，效率也挺高 環境：挺安靜的，不像之前那個酒店那麼吵

酒店靠近大海、傍晚可以沿着海邊看風景，吉達的海產品豐富且價格便宜，酒店裡的日餐也很好

All aspects of this hotel were bad affecting, my mood in Jeddah. I was surprised by how often the staff forgot things. The lobby staff was average, the only good thing about the room was that it was clean and I was given an upgraded room. But as an IHG Diamond member, I thought the overall experience was mediocre. Other than the proximity to the beach, this hotel is very old. Not recommended.

Solid property although aged rooms with older furnishings. Breakfast buffet exceptional and lobby offers a tea service with good places to meet. Centrally located near main avenues. There is an aging pool area. Service standards were good.

Crowne Plaza Jeddah is really our home far from home. The experience is every time better than the one that precedes it. Best hotel in Jeddah. Wonderful breakfast. Really good sports centre and swimming pool. The rooms are big and comfortable. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and it is very near the waterfront. Definitely I will come back again.

Great food & service in the main restaurant. Appreciate the management to train the staff very well. Polite staff with down to earth behavior.
