Ulasan Suvarnabhumi Ville Airport Hotel

Great as usual and I was glad to be back! The hotel is located close to the Suvarnabhumi airport. I will be back again soon! Breakfast was good enough to keep me healthy.

Very good option close to the airport. Comfortable room and there’s a 7 Eleven within walking distance. The 100baht per room transfer service to and from the airport worked well. Very good value for money considering what we paid.

A good, quiet ambiance with a comfortable bed. It’s just a 10-15 minute drive to and from the airport, making it ideal for short transit stays.

Building 4 - there is not any lift

I normally choose this hotel before my flights to abroad and I have stayed here many times And this’s time I booked 3 rooms as we travelled in our family 5 people. I got the room 1214 which the water heater doesn't work so I asked them to fix but they couldn’t fix it and not even offer me the new room! On top of that no apology from the stuff and even asked me if I could shower in the cold water….. I wish they could manage and tried to help me solve the issue better

Lovely hotel to stay, the facilities there were great, restaurant, my wife had a lovely massage, big swimming pool and great sky bar for any aviation fans over looking the airport , good 7/11 next door, we had the deluxe room which was lovely and hardly any aircraft noise, overall a very pleasant few days , highly recommended

Nice. Clean and comfortable. Sky bar restaurant is good view and delicious food. The cafe is good too. Many breakfast choices.

At first, I booked one night, then I I need to stay for another night. I called the reception to let them know. The next morning, I came down from the 3rd floor to make the payment for the added night and go out for shopping. When I came back, I met my sister who brought my 2 lugguages that I left at her house. We walked up to my room on the 3rd floor (there is no elevater in this building) and found out that we could not get into my room with the keycard. We were so tired walking up and got so angry. I called the guy at the reception and someone got us a new keycard. This incident should not happen to give bad experience to tme or any other guest. The staffs should pay more attention to give their best services to impress the guests of the hotel.

I am traveller. I can say this hotel is just perfec5 for transit. Only 15 minutes from airport. 100 bath transfer airport to hotel (every 30 minutes). It has 24 hours Restaurant Cafe. Take a notw that there is no elevator / lift. I leave my suitcase in the lobby and bring small suotcase upstair (1- 4 floor).

Stay away from this place. I booked the most expensive room and i can only imagine the cheap ones. Bed is full with bugs and ants, the room is musty and humid ., i can barely breathe. There is moscatos in the room and i got bad bugs bites all over my legs. Its 4 am and im leaving to stay at the airport even tho my flight is later today. Terrible.
