Another great trip to the resort!! Excellent and very friendly customer service!! the hot tub with a view of the mountains is amazing!!

I love, Love, love..!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like neat things, so I reviewed this place before choosing one, and there were many reviews that this low-grade hotel is old and old. However, the view of the hottop was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the hotel. They constantly provided firewood for the fireplace, and even the staff were all wonderful. I called early check-ins, but the kind staff allowed me to enjoy this hotel a lot quicker! Hotel with lots of favor! Of course, if you want a nice new hotel these days, everyone except us will feel like they are old, but we wanted this country style! The microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fireplace were the best enough here! So I enjoyed the great service until I left the room. Ed ex

A fantastic place to sray for your winter getaway, hidden just outside of banff town ,all rooms have a fireplace in them to cook smores

It was so great to enjoy the beautiful Rocky right in front of me. I was able to rest my tired body by enjoying the warm hot springs, and I had a more meaningful rest by the fire. I plan to go again next time.

The fireplace was nice to set the mood. However, the heater didn't seem to work as well as I thought, so the room was very cold. I'm satisfied with the hot tub.

The kitchen is well equipped, the hot spring pool has a great view, and it is very relaxing to soak in. In addition, there is no restaurant in the hotel, so you need to go to the town to eat. Overall, it is a very enjoyable experience.

The duplex room I booked has 3 large beds. The beds are very comfortable and the living room is of a good size. There is a bathroom upstairs, but you can only take a shower downstairs. The hot tub and sauna are very pleasant with the scenery. It is very convenient to park the car and take the bus.

The location is a little bit outside the city center, but if you have a car, it's not a problem.

Environment: Great~ Integrated with the natural scenery, hot springs and BBQ are available. Facilities: The facilities are still from the last generation, so don't expect too much. The main focus is on the scenery.

It's a 30-minute walk from the main street, and I have a pass that allows me to ride the bus for free, but I didn't use it except for the first day because the interval between buses was long. It is very quiet and peaceful except for the occasional train horn. The front desk staff are all very friendly. We provide simple cleaning services such as towels and bed making. The carpet on the floor was sticky (I didn't want to know) so I had to wear shoes. The coffee pot and drip machine were in hygienic condition and unusable. The location and cleanliness was surprising as there were no bugs. The condo I used had 4 rooms in one building, and I was assigned a semi-basement room, so the entrance was in the basement and the yard was on the ground level. Perhaps because it was a wooden building, the footsteps of guests upstairs were very loud. It may have been intended to create a cozy feel since it has a fireplace, but the lighting was too dark. But it was fun burning wood and making s’mores. Of all the accommodations I stayed in in Canada, even excluding the price, this was the lowest-ranked accommodation.🙃..I could forgive it because the front desk staff was friendly and Banff was beautiful...
