Ulasan Fox Hotel and Suites

Hotel ini sudah sangat tua tetapi tata letak dan pengaturannya sangat bagus. Ada bak mandi air panas di tengah tapi kaporit baunya sangat kuat,  tidak akan merekomendasikan anak-anak atau bayi kecil untuk masuk. Hotel ini berbau seperti  rokok di mana-mana, termasuk di kamar tidur. Tidak akan pergi ke sana lagi.

Hotel ini memiliki pemandian air panas sendiri, dan para tamu dapat menggunakan pemandian air panas secara gratis. Saya tidak tahu saya tidak membawa baju renang sebelum saya datang ke sini, sayang sekali. Pemandian air panasnya semi terbuka dan terlihat sangat baik. Suite yang kami tempati sangat nyaman. Suite tersebut dilengkapi dengan microwave dan piring, sumpit, peralatan makan, dan garpu, jadi kami cukup memasak sesuatu untuk dimakan. Parkir tersedia gratis Hotel ini tidak jauh dari jalan utama Banff, sekitar sepuluh menit berjalan kaki. Ada komputer di lantai pertama tempat Anda dapat mencetak secara gratis.

We got the loft units and the kids love them! We had balconies facing the front and the kids love standing in the balconies looking at trucks and buses.

The location of the hotel is good with perfect access to the town. There is a supermarket named IGA which is about 8 mins walk. The cave pool is amazing which gives us a relaxing experience. The room is spacious with 2 levels. The upper level is bedroom while the lower level is dining room with a small kitchen. However, room service needs to be improved as there is no cleaning for one day during our stay. Facial tissue doesn't refill after using up.

Fox hotel & suite was very nice specially hot tub is amazing

The location is perfect. The staffs were amazing. Only thing is the hot tub, I supposed its better if there are lights on the sides so people would be more aware of whats going on mean we booked with an 11 year old with us and there's a couple doing stuff who just popped out of nowhere.

It was good hotel especially close to banff downtown 10min walk distance. Also hot spa is the best.

Great stay, helpful staff and neat place. Really cool hot tub and sauna area. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel location is at one end of the town. 20 mins walking to the town. Not pleasant when cold wind blows. Not all rooms are located at same level of elevator. You have to ask for it. Front desk reluctant to advise on Banff attractions and transportation. Parking space at garage is tight. Overall, still OK to stay.

It was a great stay, parking was ample in the basement. The room was upgraded to a king suite(thank you). We didn't eat in the attached restaurant (chillies). The hottub was good and the reason we picked this hotel. Would stay again. Only thing negative I could say was that noises from outside easily make their way inside. Not bad, but worth a mention.

We stayed for 1 night, location was okay its 10minutes walk to center. We enjoyed their hot tub.

Great place to stay clean rooms and the hot tub was amazing. Also the staff at Chillios restaurant were amazing also.

I prepaid for a balcony and mountain view. I called to confirm my unit does have them, when I got there I did not have either. Also the TV’s did not work for 2 out of the 3 nights I was there.

overpriced restaurant, noisy hallway, smell of chlorine, pet amenities not provided. good walking distance around banff. worst elevator (sounded like death)
