Regrettably the hotel gets demerit points from a 5 stars to only 3 because 1) it does not provide any bath gel nor shampoo. Only a small piece of bar soap; 2) it provides only ONE complimentary bottle of drinking water in the room. The charge for extra bottle of water is CFA1,500 (about USD2.67); 3) WiFi is very weak and keeps getting disconnected. One night stay only. Did not take the breakfast. Did not use any other facility. Hence no comment.

Le service chambre n’est pas à la hauteur. Le tapis de l’hôtel est vétuste et doit être changé . Le tapis dégage une odeur désagréable

商務出差比較適合,整體感覺挺好的,比較滿意,酒店比較安靜,設施齊全,上網方便,有泳池,很多商務人員,航班飛機人員住這裏。

This is the third time I have stayed here this year, 1 week each time, and this will be my last time since the experiences are not getting better. The hotel is a little worn, scuffed furniture and halls, hallway carpeting is getting increasingly more stained, the rooms are somewhat clean, desk lamps not working, bathroom door stop broken off but still in a corner. No bathrobe, hairdryer, no iron. The restaurant menu is getting shorter with every visit. Unchanged, the room service takes 1.5 hours at a minimum. The pasta order depends on who the chef is as the same dish turns out very different if ordered the next day.

The hotel is very comfortable and safe. I spent almost two weeks here and I had only a few issues. Buffet breakfast had a lot of options and they even have a Nespresso machine. Lunch was a little bit problematic because as a vegetarian I found almost no options. I had a real hard time with meals as all the dishes were mixed with meat or fish. They make nice pizzas by the pool so I started skipping lunch and waiting until the evening to have a pizza. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only problem I had was that in the last 4 days they started randomly cutting off the water supply so I had to guess when I could shower. I am not sure if it was a specific issue but it was very annoying as you could find yourself with no water half way through brushing your teeth or having a shower. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I would return but perhaps eat somewhere else.

Food and service good. Safe place, we felt very comfortable with the security and the entire team. For english speaking guests you may have a problem during IRD order mix ups and reminders were pretty common

first time in this hotel. This is the best hotel in Mali. I checked the other hotels but i did not like them. Here rooms are large, hotel airconditioning is perfect, clean everywhere, food in restaurant very good, free shuttle bus service, ESPECIALLY MR MOUSTAPHA DEMBELE IN RECEPTION PERFECT. He helped me a lot. Especially from Mali to Togo, there is a covid procedure and web site demanded a lot of information. During these transactions, nearly 50 minutes with very big patience, he helped me from heart. I will never forget this. I thank him and Azalai Management a lot. première fois dans cet hôtel. C'est le meilleur hôtel du Mali. J'ai vérifié les autres hôtels mais je ne les ai pas aimés. Ici les chambres sont grandes, la climatisation de l'hôtel est parfaite, propre partout, la nourriture au restaurant très bonne, le service de navette gratuit, SURTOUT MR MOUSTAPHA DEMBELE A L'ACCUEIL PARFAIT. Il m'a beaucoup aidé. Surtout du Mali au Togo, il y a une procédure covid et un site web qui demande beaucoup d'informations. Lors de ces transactions, près de 50 minutes avec une très grande patience, il m'a aidé de tout cœur. Je n'oublierai jamais cela. Je le remercie beaucoup, ainsi qu'Azalai Management.

Une expérience superbe avec un service à la hauteur. Un personnel courtois et très professionnel. Un peu loin de l'aéroport mais très proche du quartier des affaires. Je ne regret pas mon choix. Merci pour votre hospitalité légendaire . CAK

Hotel calme, seul bémol selon moi est si vous prenez une chambre côté route et que vous êtes sensibles aux bruits cela va etre compliqué. Internet, le petit déjeuner sont tres bien. Ils ont un superbe fondant au chocolat. La prochaine fois je vais prendre chambre cote piscine
