"This is the third time I have stayed here this year, 1 week each time, and this will be my last time since the experiences are not getting better. The hotel is a little worn, scuffed furniture and halls, hallway carpeting is getting increasingly more stained, the rooms are somewhat clean, desk lamps not working, bathroom door stop broken off but still in a corner. No bathrobe, hairdryer, no iron. The restaurant menu is getting shorter with every visit. Unchanged, the room service takes 1.5 hours at a minimum. The pasta order depends on who the chef is as the same dish turns out very different if ordered the next day."
