Have been staying here a week and it’sa nice place and the staff are pleasant. BUT my room has a power cut 2 days ago as the meter ran out. They topped it up no problem. But today Friday evening, I come home at 20:00 to find no electricity again! I’ve now been waiting in reception for 35 minutes and 50 seconds. The poor receptionist is doing his best, but only the owner, who is not answering her WhatsApp is allowed to top up the electricity - so I’m still waiting… 38 minutes… To put this perspective, I’ve lived in Bali for the last 4 years - it takes 60 seconds with online banking to go top up electricity. Oh, and question, how much did they tip up 2 days ago when it ran it,,, $1???
