Lokasinya sangat bagus, sangat dekat dengan Puri Ubud dan area sibuk, jadi sangat mudah untuk menemukan restoran dengan karakteristik berbeda, dan ada banyak toko serba ada di dekatnya, saya akan memilih hotel ini lagi lain kali

Tempat tidurnya nyaman banget dan lokasinya bagus banget. Namun fasilitasnya relatif tua dan kamarnya juga relatif tua, tapi perawatannya oke. Kalau anda penderita mysophobia ekstrim saya tidak akan merekomendasikannya, tapi lokasinya sangat bagus bagus, dekat dengan istana, pelayanan, dan bos Semua bagus👍

Pengalamannya sangat buruk. Mereka tidak bersedia memberikan apa pun. Mereka tidak diperbolehkan makan di luar kamar. Para pelayan tidak tersenyum sama sekali. Saya merasa berhutang uang kepada mereka. Nyatanya, harganya tidak murah.

Tidak ada air panas, sangat dingin! Sikap pelayanannya super biasa. Tidak mungkin memilih hotel ini lagi!

We had a relaxing stay here. The staff were attentive. The grounds were beautiful. The location was central.

地理位置很好，Walking Distance可抵達Ubud Palace及Ubud Art Market，不到五分鐘步程就有便利店。服務質素也很好, 我們到泳池游泳時，職員主動拿毛巾給我們用，非常貼心，每一位也笑容滿面及有禮貌，十分滿意。 房間空間很大，很舒服，是有點折舊的痕跡，但可以接受。泳池很讚，我相信算是Ubud市中心比較大的泳池。唯獨有點不解的是住客不能帶食物到房間內吃，可能是怕惹昆蟲或是因為他們本身有自己的餐廳吧。整體而言，是不錯的，謝謝他們的款待！

Хорошие виллы в центре Убуда, у нас сломался кондиционер и плохо работал вай фай на вилле, но нас быстро переселили в соседнюю виллу, где все было хорошо. Классный бассейн, красивая территория, только очень громко лягушки и цикады шумят по ночам)

位置很好，走路去烏布皇宮就五分鐘，周圍吃飯和逛街的地方很多，房間也挺好的

Menginap yang sangat baik di lingkungan yang indah! Vila ini luar biasa! Timnya sangat baik dan kami terputus di depan pemandangan unik di Ubud ini! Saya merekomendasikan untuk keluarga atau dengan teman! Dekat dengan Ubud, restoran.. dengan spa dan tukang pijat yang luar biasa.. kami akan kembali!

We stayed at Rouge for two nights during my sister’s birthday week, drawn by its convenient location close to key attractions. The villa’s exterior was aesthetically appealing, and there were about six villas in total. During our stay, we noticed only 1-2 other families, likely due to the off-peak season. The room was clean and comfortable upon arrival. However, we encountered issues in the bathroom, such as black earthworms on the floor and ants and insects drawn by visible holes. Although initially manageable, these problems highlighted maintenance concerns. On the second night, the receptionist surprisingly asked about our check-out time, which was unusual. Later, upon returning to our room, we found that basic housekeeping tasks—washing cups, replenishing water, and cleaning the floor—had not been done. Dead insects had also accumulated due to rain, and calls for assistance went unanswered, as the reception had closed for the night. We left early the next morning, with the security staff performing the room check since no receptionist was present. Overall Impression: While the villa’s design was visually impressive, the service and practicality were severely lacking. Maintenance and customer service need significant improvement to provide a satisfactory guest experience.

- It’s very neat and clean - no mosquitoes, geckos or lizards either! - The staff were really lovely and helpful. - pool is clean and feels almost private - conveniently located and very walkable with many restaurants, cafes, spas/salons, tour shops, classes, markets, etc. - comes with an amazing French bistro - it’s quiet and comes with all the privacy you may need. Only thing I disliked was the number of light switches and being unable to switch everything off at once when I leave my room.

Excellent food, amazing staff and try the cocktails (rouge delight)! Beautiful place in ubud in a calm street ! We tried the sushi’s and they were very fresh, also the decoration is nice. I recommend this place in Ubud ! You can pay by card which is convenient.

I really appreciated the server Aji. So sweet and happy to work. He makes us smile as soon as we enter. The restaurant itself is very pretty and has amazing furniture. The vibe is great. The music is not agressive and the food was good.

Rouge is placed in a great location within walking distance to most sights and shopping in Ubud. It does need to review its description as it is inaccurate. For example, there is no mini fridge in the villa, there is no TV in the villa or onsite spa/massage facilities. It needs to consider what facilities make things more comfortable for its guests such as having a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities which have become the norm in most hotels. I was in Bali and Gilli T for three weeks and the Rouge was the only hotel that I stayed in with no hot drinks-making facilities and no mini fridge! The room configuration also needs attention as the light switches are too far from the bed so you have to get out of bed to switch the lights off especially inconvenient if you had been reading and are about to go to sleep! Nevertheless, the staff could not do enough for you and they made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Try their onsite restaurant, their sushi is amazing and you might get to meet one of the owners who came to say hello to me. Live music is currently only twice a week, I saw this once and it was an enjoyable Jazz duo. I ordered their sushi on three occasions and all three were exquisite and I could not fault its taste or value for money! There is a lovely spa about 3 minutes walk which offers good treatments, and also a lovely rock restaurant and bar, which offer lovely and good value Balinese meals.
