Ulasan PNB Beach Resort

The photos on Internet, some is fake photos. I guess. Because very different. The room was dirty. The floor, the spoon, etc. Didn't hear any sound of wave from room. The house keeping when came to clean up the room, they didn't do well. Until i teach them how to clean the mug, the spoon, the floor also to mop. Maybe that is why this hotel kurang laku. The mineral water in room only get 1 time. They didn't refiil if we extend even for 1 week. So funny. Won't come back to this hotel for sure.

Close to the sea, but traveling back and forth is difficult. Must have a personal car or rental car to be convenient.

It was very bad and there was no hot water at all. The internet celebrity check-in point was upstairs. We 3. checked in and went to the upstairs swimming pool to take pictures and swim. Then 4. we went down to take a hot shower and there was no hot water at all. The front desk asked us to wait for 5 minutes, but still No, we were asked to wait for another 15 minutes, but after waiting for an hour, there was still nothing. I took a cold shower. The air conditioner remote control broke at night, and the front desk couldn't fix it. I had to turn on the air conditioner at the lowest temperature all night. At two o'clock in the morning, Someone came over to open the door. I don’t know if it was a mistake or intentional. Anyway, there was no hot water until check-out at noon the next day. The most important thing was that the room smelled and the quilt made me feel unclean. I I slept in sun-protective clothing and a bath towel all night, and it was impossible to get into the bed in their room.

It's worth the money

First of all, there is a rooftop at the hotel called Sol - the music starts at 8:30 am and goes on until 11 pm (the receptionist only tells you when you check in, and says that the music goes on from 10 am to 10 pm, which is a lie). In addition, there is also construction going on, the noise starts around 9 am and goes on until 4 pm. It is impossible to rest. We got food poisoning and had to stay in the room for a whole day, it was hell. Second, the room was completely uninhabitable. The balcony door was broken, old. We tried to take a shower and the shower flooded, and they took 2 hours to send someone. Plus, the bathroom smelled (the stench came up through the shower and sink drains), it smelled of mold and the towels smelled musty too. Also, the male receptionist was super rude with us. We rented a motorcycle and they gave us a bad one, not safe to drive. When we tried to return, he was saying that my boyfriend should rent a “man motorcycle” instead of saying that the bike wasn’t good, and we had to pay one day of rent anyways.

Clean rooms, got an upgrade on our first night. Great ocean views from the pool and very friendly staff. Excellent meals and just a 10 minute walk down the beach across a river to some good night clubs. We stayed 2 nights definitely would stay again.

Mold in the walls, can smell it when inside. Dirty smelly room. Woke up with bites all over my body, Dr confirmed bed bug bites. Left immediately, no refund. Really shockingly bad hotel, cost $350 to get my luggage & house sprayed once home in case any bugs hitchhiked. Avoid!!

Firstly, the images here on Tripadvisor are wildly outdated. ALOT has changed with this resort and it barely resembles the images on the website. There is now a main road at the side of the Resort, an extension of the main road in and out of Pereranan. There is also construction happening (Nov 23) on the beach front of the resort. I think they are extending the walkway from Pererenan up to Seseh so there is hard to walk on rubble everywhere. My first view on entering my sea view room was of a giant cement mixer. One has to make an allowance for beach front set ups as they will always be at the mercy of the corrosive effects of Ocean Spray. The PNB has a lot of rusting old railings and pipes that makes it look very neglected. The bathroom actually needed a good clean. I was there visiting friends for 2 nights so I was out a lot, but ifI had booked this for a holiday accommodation , I would have been very disappointed. Well over priced at 650 000 IDR a night.
