Please be advised that there is ongoing construction opposite the villa, which may cause noise disturbances between 9 Am and 5 Pm. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for any disruption to your stay. Seminyak is a developing area, and as such, there are numerous construction projects underway in the vicinity. Regrettably, this development also impacts Villa Ruandra.
