The best experience ever! Big thank you to the hotel for all the kindness and attention. Will definitely come back. The room was spacious and very beautiful with all necessary amenities. There is a valet service for the car, just come directly to the hotel and the stuff will help you to park the car, parking fee is 41€ per day. The breakfast just amazing, delicious and a lot of choices. 10 stars for this hotel!

The location is fantastic. it's a center of old town. The breakfast was great. Two thumbs up.

Good hotel, very central and convenient location, decent room.

The hotel is located very close to the Old Town square and the Powder gate. We enjoyed the stay and the service was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and the staffs are kind and happy to help.

Nice location to access the town center

位子相當便利，不管去哪都不遠，是一間高級飯店，服務人員也都非常友善，早餐每天都會變化，而且非常好吃 缺點是淋浴間的沐浴乳從入住到退房都是空的，有讓我猶豫是否還要給床頭小費（最後還是放個100克朗） 還有陽台有桌椅用帆布蓋著，嚴重影響陽台的美觀

프라하에서 이보다 완벽한 4성급 호텔은 없습니다. 직원들의 수준 높은 응대, 에그베네딕트가 가능한 조식 퀄리티, 건물의 노후도를 감안해도 깔끔한 룸 컨디션, 올드타운 관광지를 전부 걸어다닐수 있는 위치까지!

房間非常好，很滿意，乾淨整潔，就處在捷克的布拉格的核心的景點的中間，不管去哪個地方，距離都很近，小哥的服務也特別好

非常棒，位置好。景點步行可到。早餐也很不錯。比後來德國住的店都好，服務也超Nice。入住等待時間不卡三點，等待入住時間還給我們免費的茶，走的時候給了巧克力，超級温馨。

整體來説還不錯1.提早到了，及時給了房間，沒有等到下午三點；2.送入住巧克力，非常好吃；3.早餐品種豐富，材質不錯；4.離布拉格廣場等景點非常近，出行很方便。 美中不足是裝修有點老了，沒有USB接口，靠近馬路，會比較吵，還有房間的吹風機按鈕壞了

Fantastisk hotel med en super god beliggenhed. Gode faciliteter og meget fin service. Bestilte en suite over nytår og fik den skønneste suite.

房間比較乾淨，舒適，也安靜。服務比較友好。推薦！
