I would like to share my wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a convenient and beautiful area, boasting stunning views and comfortable facilities. The services provided were excellent, always available, and met the needs of guests quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated the staff at the reception desk, as they were always cheerful and very welcoming. They were always ready to assist and answer any inquiries with politeness and high professionalism. Their elegant approach to customer service added a lovely touch to my experience.

The hotel location is great, food was very poor and also amenities was not full. We even found room shoes washed and packed again to make them look like new one but there was water in it. They even dont change bed sheets on the next day. I specially want ti thank staff (ray), he was very helpful and kind in assisting us in anything we are in need of... Please keep your kindness and thank you.

This hotel is the most bad hotel I’ve ever stayed in very small room. You cannot move inside and there is no toothbrush and smelly. I just stay there for one night I couldn’t take it

I think should not even book this property for free. Worst hotel in the area. Half price hotels than this better. Even lobby is stinky. Reception guy is useless. Room number also not explained. No one is there for Luggage or to tell you even the room number of direction. Photos are misleading. Glass door Transparent for shower, toilet and room. Overall dont book even for free.
