Ulasan Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak

I stayed here for 4 nights, the check-in process was long, I was given a room facing the road which was very noisy day and night, so I couldn't rest comfortably.

The Grand Mercure is well situated in the Double Six area of Seminyak - less than a 5 min walk from the beach. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room with a Pool View which didn’t disappoint. The pool area is one of the best we have experienced in Bali & of course the staff & service was first class

The room is spacious and equipped with shower & bath tub, comfy bed. Staff were friendly & helpful, the hotel was still relatively new with a great location, a short walking distance to double six & plenty of good restaurants, cafes in its surrounding made it a perfect choice for solo travellers.

Service was top notch. Location was perfect as it is a short distance from double six beach. Room was comfy. Breakfast can be improved

All is perfect as always. This is the venue I visited every year whenever come with family. The location is perfect, the service is great, the room size and bed is very good.

We had booked Mercure as we had stayed at the Legian one many of times and really couldn’t wait to try this one being in a location we love Unfortunately due to the weather it rained a hell of a lot which meant we couldn’t use the pools and stuff as much as we wanted We were very wrapped that the hotel had made us a lovely breaky to go this morning on our plane ride home great little touch We loved the breakfast it definitely catered to everyone with the options including sushi and the little kids bar which our kids loved lollies chocolates and marshmallows the coffee was made to order aswell and I loved that there was oat milk and enjoyed great coffees every morning Those smaller things that accommodate to families always makes a difference for us A couple of smaller things could be touched up on like refilling coffee and tea sachets daily as unfortunately went to make a coffee the following morning at 6am and there were none replaced (again- I could’ve called reception but waited til breakfast instead) The rooms were lovely and large cosy little sofas in them Being a newer hotel somewhat expected Netflix but was none but hey not a big deal if you’re busy most the day just being rainy it would’ve been handy to watch and chill to! It was quite noisy outside our room with fireworks and rowdiness on our lastnight but can’t be controlled Theirs a kids club onsite which is very helpful when wanting some time out from the little ones every parent needs that in holidays! So thank you 🙏 The restaurant is very beautiful 🤩 the amenities are very modern too! I never used the gym in the end but would be good to open earlier than 7 for early birds! Thanks again for a fabulous time

Absolutely fantastic experience. Hotel staff were accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Would highly recommend it. Food was wonderful. Great variety and options. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

Welcoming fruits & snacks  in the room should be covered & wrapped. Mine became ants party foods. I also saw other rooms’ were left outside their rooms. Housekeeping is fast to respond.

Great hotel with rooms that are clean and spacious. Facilities were great and the staff were all friendly and helpful. the gym facilities were ok but basic and could do with some extra equipment

Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak is a comfortable place to stay with great amenities, but it's a bit off from the main spots. The friendly service and good facilities help make up for the location.

Our 2nd day in this property was much better and luckily we got the sun beds just as we entered, as someone else was leaving. The sun beds in the main pool are not in the proportion to the no. of people seeking, so you got to be either lucky / come earlier and book your spot. There are more sun beds in the child poll play area though. The rooms are decent size and amenities within the room are also ok. Staff are friendlier. Overall the property needs refurbishing in some areas, but it’s not bad for 2-3N stay

Satisfied with what have provided. Just arrival to hotel and a bit lost on how to go to room without guide. 🙃

+ve: Good Location - 3 mins' walk to Double Six Beach, and even Kuta Beach is within walkable distance (say 30 mins). Many restaurants, whether local, Western and other cuisines nearby. Particularly like Warung Murah Double Six offering cheap, local yet delicious food. Good Facilities - the hotel is relatively new (Dec 2022) so the room conditions are relatively intact, so as the common areas and swimming pools. Great Breakfast - buffet offering a wide variety of food, ranging from local, Western, Asian and all sort of healthy fruit. -ve: Unfamiliar Service - possibly due to large number of residents, some staff seemed unfamiliar with the service procedure. They took half an hour to locate my luggage and send it to the room. Generally a good stay in Seminyak, offering up-to-standard hospitality with its price.
