Ulasan Hotel Okura Amsterdam – the Leading Hotels of the World

The room is spacious and hotel is in a quiet location. It’s good for a relax or business trip but not recommended for Executive Room. I booked an Executive King room with lounge access. There was no executive counter or express checkin and check out for Executive room guests. I am sad that my executive room was on 5/F whilst the executive lounge is located on 22/F. The lounge provided very limited of food during breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The coffee machine was broken and food was out of stock frequently. I pre-paid my hotel accommodation, the staff confirmed that during my check-in but they asked me to pay my room during my checkout. It took me some time to talk to manager and settle it.

It's our final destination of our trip and super happy we chose Okura hotel. Felt welcomed by the reception after long trip. Strongly recommend.

It is a very good hotel. Big rooms. Space is the best vs down town.

To expensive as i pay £282 pounds for booking a room when i check in then they charged me another £116 pounds they said that's for local council that hotel is a ripe of and breakfast is about £35 pounds.

The hotel was great! The staff was very nice and helpfull! I would definitely recommend it. The pool and sauna were nice. I will be definitely returing.

Overall the hotel is very good although a bit outdated amenities. The staffs were very friendly.

The rooms are very outdated, you walk straight back into the 80's... view of the hotel room is awesome, overlooking Amsterdam, we could even sun rising from the city centre on sunny days. Room is very spacious and comfortable. A bit off the core tourism attractions but the neighbourhood is beautiful. Just a bit surprised that the services was not so 5-star. No cutlery in the room, amenities are maintained at a minimum level, there’s even no complimentary water, they just say the Amsterdam tap water is good enough to drink. I booked it for my birthday trip, no one spotted this nor sent over a greeting, that’s rare for Japanese brand which is known for its attentiveness

-The hotel is located in a quiet area in a busy city, and there are buses to popular attractions at the door. -The first floor we stayed in was newly renovated, and the scenery was very pleasant. -The room and bathroom are large, with electronic toilets. Minor drawback: The hotel forgot to clean the room on the second day. Recommended!

We booked a family room, two connected rooms, the area is OK, and they also gave us a free extra bed for our child. The service is perfect in Europe, with timely cleaning, quick response, and delicious restaurant. Except for the price, there is nothing wrong with it. We stayed for four nights and spent more than 10,000 yuan on food ~ I didn't eat too much hahaha ~ The room service is delicious, small in quantity, and good in quality

The room was OK. The shower room was not well sealed. The rice for breakfast was hard. This should not be the case for a Japanese hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, the Japanese service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the scenery is great. Located in the local area of ​​Amsterdam, it is quiet and safe. The Michelin one-star Japanese food downstairs is worth trying.
