Hotel dengan Balcony di Hoi An

I recently had a stay at the company's private villa and am very satisfied with the service. The villa is clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located on a main road near Hoi An Ancient Town. The service quality is excellent: the staff is enthusiastic, attentive, and ready to assist guests in any situation. The rental price for the entire villa is more affordable compared to other accommodation options. However, it's worth noting that the rental price for the entire villa is usually higher than other types of accommodations.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was so chill & relax here at this beautiful Villa. The receptionist welcomed us at the entrance gate, she is so friendly & able to communicate in English. Breakfast was great too. We were here for 3 days & it was raining everyday - not able to enjoy their swimming pool. If you don't mind the location is far from the old town (~3km+ / 55k-66k for Grab) this will be a nice place to stay.

advantage: Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is very good. Although it is not big, it has a unique small garden and swimming pool, which makes it feel more peaceful. Service: The service is really good and couldn't be better. The manager and waiters are great. The room I was given at the beginning had a musty smell due to the orientation. After communicating with me, I was immediately changed. I was shown several rooms to choose from until I was finally satisfied. Then I gave them fruits to express my apology, and finally we all saw them off when they left the store, which was very warm. I can also help you ask this or order that. Really good. 👍 shortcoming: Location: Because I was not familiar with it, I thought it was very close to the old town, but it is actually only 2km away. Taking a taxi is a bit difficult during peak hours, and there is not much to visit around. If you can’t take a taxi when you come back from the ancient city, it will be very tiring to walk for half an hour. Musty smell in the room: The side facing the small garden is probably the north side. Regardless of the floor, there is a strong musty smell. I am personally more sensitive and can't stand it. The other side is fine, but there is a family outside that raises a lot of chickens. Ducks and dogs are very noisy. . . Cannot choose if you are a light sleeper Hot water for bathing: It may seem to be powered by electricity. After one person finishes washing and the other washes immediately, the hot water is gone. But maybe many hotels in Vietnam still have electric water heaters, so you should pay attention to this.

Atmospheric villa, you can take beautiful photos. Comfortable soft bed, good blanket and several pillows. There was a little dust on the furniture, but it is not critical, because in general I liked the room. Cleaning is not every day, but once every two days. The noise of bikes is not heard, but sometimes the barking of the neighbor's dog was annoying). Unfortunately, I did not like the pool, very dirty. There is a kitchen in the room, as well as a large common kitchen downstairs, where you can use everything, including a coffee machine. If there is an opportunity, we will come back again. Let's hope that the pool by that time will have clean water). I liked the hotel staff, nice guys. Nearby there is a market, a supermarket and various cafes. But the old city a taxi ride costs about $ 2. As for me, it is better to live a little further from the center, it is quieter and there are no crowds of tourists)

I this was last minute booking, the hotel is fantastic with large rooms, great showers and fantastic owners, I had the privilege to join in on Karaoke, (the whole family is very musical). Location is tucked away and quiet but still only a 5 min walk to town.

Good place to spend a couple of days un Hoi An. Good balance between price and quality.
