I booked the new building because I liked the color of the rooms in the new building, but I was not satisfied with the check-in arrangement in the old building because I did not receive any notice in advance. After asking the staff, I learned that the new building was under maintenance and was not open to the public. I did not like the color of the rooms in the old building.

This was my fourth visit to Belmarina Resort. The staff were all very friendly to us and the room condition and view were also very nice.
I always stay in the premium suite at Belmarina Resort.
The pool is visible in front and it is very beautiful.
The rice noodles and omelets served for breakfast are especially delicious,
and now they also make banh xeo~
On the last day, I used the resort's limousine to go to the airport.
The carnival vehicle was in great condition^^

There’s a busy road right in front of the hotel, so it’s extremely noisy. Even at night, car horns keep sounding, making it hard to sleep. The hotel doors aren’t soundproof, so noise still gets in even when they’re closed.
Also, because the air conditioner is not a built-in system but a retrofit, the temperature is difficult to regulate. Although it’s called a five-star hotel, there are many aspects that fall short of true five-star standards.
The bathtub and shower are combined, which is very inconvenient for showering. Furthermore, there are rooms where you can see into the accommodation from the elevator via the balcony, so you always have to keep the curtains drawn.
Finally, the spa quality is very poor—compared even to spas in downtown Da Nang, it’s unacceptably low. Overall, the hotel’s quality is far from what one would expect of a genuine five-star property.

This is my third trip to Hoi An.
Based on my experience staying at the Belle Marina Hotel, this place is rated as one of the best accommodations in Hoi An.
With good room conditions, great staff service, and accommodations with a swimming pool/gymnasium, and the best location for sightseeing in Hoi An, Belle Marina is definitely a 5-star accommodation.

It's very close to the old town and there's a bicycle service so it's very easy to get around. The pool is deep. However, it's not soundproof and is very, very noisy.
