Hotel dengan balkon di Manila

We really enjoy our stay, the room was pretty amazing even tho it’s kinda small space, the vibe of interior is unique and interesting enough to be photographed. Everything you need is here already that is a good one. Also would like to thank the person who I contacted or the owner, your so kind and approachable a huge thank you for you maam. We will book soon. 🫶🏻💖 Gob bless

I’ve been in this hotel 3 times in 2025 it always is good the staff are great & always really friendly it’s like a second home to me I’ve been using it for 4 years now when in Manila & breakfast and meals is always excellent

I never experienced a hotel like Tropicana Suite , their Reservations Manager Danah is very kind and treats customer's requests with serious care. I have some booking issue and contact them , their response was very quick and full of warm, human touch. They were also willing to match agent's price for us. I'm very appreciated their excellent service and will book again when I travel in Manila.

I will not stay in JMM again. The room interior is old, many paints are old and dirted. And many furnitures are scratched and not managed well. The microwave oven was malfunctioning. And there was a storm and some water dropped from the windows. The worst thing was I lost the security card(for the main gate at the ground floor) and door lock key. They charged 2000p for those. 1000p for each. The funny thing is the security key costs 300p by the condo but they asked me to pay 1000p for it also. I protested the front and the answer was it is the hotel's policy and she discussed it with her manager also and she is just an employee. I traveled so many hotels in the world. If I lost a key card, usually they just reissue it. Even if it is a budget hotel, 1000p for a key card is absurd. The hotel room cost was 44 usd, but I had to pay about 35 usd for losing two keys.

The Las Palmas Hotel De Manila is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for an excellent combination of value, convenience, and service in Manila.” Here is a good review you can use: A Great Stay with Exceptional Staff and Location! ”I recently had a wonderful stay at Las Palmas Hotel De Manila and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers who prioritize location and service. The staff truly are the hotel's greatest asset. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were always quick to offer a smile and assist with any request, making us feel completely welcome and at ease during our entire stay. The location is superb. It is situated in a vibrant part of Manila, making it easy to explore the city. We were just a short walk away from Robinsons Place Mall and other key areas like Rizal Park and Manila Bay. Being so close to shopping and dining made our trip extremely convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided good value for the price. While some rooms are more compact, they are well-maintained and offer all the essential amenities, including complimentary bottled water. If I had one minor suggestion for improvement, it would be to brighten the room lighting. Otherwise, for a clean, safe, and perfectly located hotel with outstanding service, Las Palmas Hotel De Manila is a top-tier choice and a place I would happily return to.”
