it' s my second time booking in this hotel. i always had a great stay and their staff are polite and helpful.

Stay was really good. Place is nice for a short stay. No problems encountered.

This is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden. While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby. The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.

The internet didn't reach my room and even in the communal areas, once connected I didn't have internet strong enough to even read emails. I had to leave the hotel to work as even the phone signal was too poor. Half the plugs in the room and common area didn't work and the staff were really very unpleasant - not a single smile the whole 4 days stay. Not a great stat but the room was nice and the structure is pleasant. Nice view from the balcony too

Location is nice and walking distance only to Baguio Botanical Garden. Room and its facilities are good.

A cozy hotel, the rooms are clean, the housekeeping is good, the rooms are spacious, but the breakfast and food in the restaurant are very local and tasteless, there is an egg cooking station at breakfast, but you have to wait a very long time, there are waffles, but for some reason they are undercooked inside. The toilet in the cafe is also strange, it's clean, but even the toilet seat isnt in the women's.

The included breakfast with an omelet station is very good.

No amenities and the price of the bar is very high. The food is good and the room is fine

The place.was.good and cozy. Accessible. Food is good. Staff ate friendly.

It was a beautiful place ,everything is perfect ,Staff were nice !

The room is nice and the breakfast is very good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is similar to that of a European manor. It is best to book a room with a balcony. The balcony faces the mountain and the scenery is beautiful. I will stay here again next time
