Great stay clean and huge room , very friendly and accommodating staffs responding quickly on to every requests . Will book again when I visit Bagiuo Philippines 🇵🇭Thank you Azalea 🌺

The rooms were spacious and clean. However it was a bit dark and old (needs maintenance) Also, no aircondition but okay since the weather is cold. The lobby also looks dull (soft music playing). The location is okay near the city. Services was superb except for one front desk staff that was not so helpful. Breakfast was good especially the beef tapa and hot chocolate! Overall, it was okay.

I had the best time here in Azalea. All the staff you encounter will always greet and assist you if needed. The room is very big and cozy. They even have smart tv so you can watch your netflix shows. Overall stay, it’s worth it.

The standard room window faces a wall so if you open it for fresh air then you get allot of noise from other areas. Breakfast has a decent choice/variety. Overall don't expect too much. Generally it's clean but needs update and maintenance..

Hotel is very accessible to the city center. You can take a walk to Botanical. As for the facilities, personally, it would be nice if there's a fitness gym. The room assigned to us was spacious. There was a fridge, a microwave oven, an induction cooker, sets of dishes, and a couch. However, it was too close to the event area, we can hear the sound inside. Not a big deal though, as we were out most of the time. We can't open the curtains and let the natural light in the morning comes in because the windows of our room was fronting the balcony of another building. With that, the room was dim the whole time. Adding to the gloomy ambience were the yellow bulb lights used everywhere in the room, except the bathroom. Perhaps a small LED fluorescent in one area could lighten the room a bit. There were plenty of mirrors, but no full-body mirror. Thinking though, it could only be this particular room, and perhaps others are designed totally different. Breakfast is buffet but not much choices, taste is average. Overall, our stay was still enjoyable as staff are genuinely courteous, accommodating and service-oriented.

Me and my friends had a great stay at Azalea. Highly recommended. Actually, this was our second stay at this hotel and it never fails to impress us. We just wanted to relax and feel the Baguio weather.

The staffs are very accommodating. We had a minor motorcycle accident prior to checking-in and they did their very best to assist us. They’ve put us in a very nice room with a picturesque view from the balcony. They let us check-in early at around 11-11:30 am since they felt the need for us to rest after the accident. They’ve sent their medical staff to attend to my husband’s wound, put ice pack and sling for his dislocated shoulder. They also did check us from time to time until we get back from ER to have my husband’s shoulder check. With food, can’t complain. We love the breakfast and its various choices. As someone who enjoys black coffee, I like their brewed coffee I think I had 4 cups to be exact. Haha! Although the minor accident became the highlight of our trip but overall, we had a nice time in Baguio and choosing Azalea made it exceptional. We hope to be back soon and this time create another memory..

Perfect location as it’s in the heart of the city and it’s close to tourist attractions. The food was excellent with so much to choose from. Room is clean, equipped with the best toiletries. Staff personnel were courteous friendly and helpful Would recommend to friends and families.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel staff is attentive to our needs; very courteous and helpful. The free breakfast for 6 guests is a plus. The Kuya J restaurant staff is very welcoming and all smiles when we walk in. Food is satisfying. The hotel is inside a cul de sac and can not be seen from the road. The rooms are spacious. We also lucked out getting a great discount on the 2 bedroom accomodation. It would have been nice if they have a swimming pool.
