I have a great time in goa and best thing is that my stay was at very reasonable price and very very comfortable just because i booked my hotel from make my trip app thanks to mm t for making my trip very comfortable and reasonable

Overall good property but location is good very near to baga beach ⛱️ Specially staff Mr Munavvar Manager is very supportive with right hospitality attitude. But property needs maintenance. We hope it will get better with our next visit.

hotel looked good with all the facilities but there the room they provided was completely different and those pictures weren’t there. It was too dirty and the bathroom doors were broken and unclean. The sheets were soo dirty it was so uncomfortable to stay a night. Also the staffs weren’t friendly at all. We had reserved it a month ago with preference of top floors but that wasn’t provide initially after a huge conversation they agreed to change the room. Overall experience was bad!

The worst experience ever. The receptionist was arrogant, check in time was 12 noon and we were given the possession of our room at 12:45. No apologies for our waiting. No place to sit properly. No drinks were offered as a courtesy for waiting. When we told the receptionist of our grievances, he didn’t dare to look and didn’t reply. When we got our room, we were confronted with very unhygienic room. The bed sheets were the one used by precedents clients. No chairs no table and they call it a deluxe room. No ventilation in the bathrooms. Terrible soft plastic glasses to drink and that even we nearly had to beg for it. The towels were worn out. The breakfast was served in the room but no table was foreseen. We took our breakfast on the bed.

Whatever rooms they show are not given some third class room with torn linens and poorly maintained rooms are given. With no intercom system you have to go on the reception for any service. Not worth your penny. Makemytrip must register these hotel after total verification. Overall a bad stay.
