Ella Zenith View

I had a very disappointing experience at Ella Zenith View. Upon arrival, we were given rooms that were different from the ones we had booked. The basic amenities that were promised during booking like toiletries, tv, AC etc were also not available in the room, which was frustrating. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was told that the room we had reserved wasn’t available because we had given to other guest. We talked to owner as well but he was also rude and said that you can take another property and leave it. The manager’s response was dismissive—he simply told us that if we weren’t happy, we could go to another hotel. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he made it clear that we had no other choice but to stay in the basic room, or leave. It was late—around 9-10 pm—and since I was with my family, I didn’t want to risk finding another place at that hour. So, we reluctantly decided to stay. But then, the manager insisted we pay the full amount immediately, or we wouldn’t be allowed to stay. There was no hot water in the room, and the manager was rude, refusing to offer any solutions. To top it off, the breakfast was far below the standard promised during booking. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend staying here, as customer service and basic hospitality were severely lacking.

Nice B & B situated in the outskirts of Ella close to the Halpe Tea Factory. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very helpful. You will need to take a Tuk Tuk into the town centre of Ella. Good breakfast with a beautiful view of the hills. The host assisted me in booking taxi services and tours.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war ebenso perfekt mit einem schönen Ausblick. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und wir hatten ein sehr leckeres Frühstück, welches wir uns selber aussuchen durften. Sehr empfehlenswert. Dankeschön!
