Tofinis Hotel

When we arrived first impression where good. We arrived early hours was greeted and checked in quickly and was given water and a boxed snack. Rooms were nice. The first day we went around to the water park which the kids loved. There was a lack of life guard supervision though and children were receiving first aid every few hours 😳 one of the slides (blue) was dangerous. The lazy river was not supervised at all. Food at the hotel was ok we could find something to eat but it lacked some thing. When they say snacks it is just left over dinner and when they say brunch left over breakfast. Entertainment was poor, no where really for the entertainment to happen ? It was in the dinner area where you have lunch. If your looking for some where to put your head down as a base and like the slide for the kids it is ok, if you want anything more look for some where else. This also was supposed to be a family hotel but we had large groups of young people who had no respect for families with children. The corridors are loud so bring ear plugs and the doors slam every time someone goes out their room. Also it is an international hotel which I find has a lot of rude people and they don’t like queuing or saying thank you or please. Ayia napa is a party resort I would say this hotel is for families but why they have allowed large groups of girls and boys to book I’m unsure as it made our experience not nice due to lack of sleep we have due to others. If the staff could rain people in when kids are asleep it would have been nice. Everyone wants to enjoy there holidays if would be nice if everyone can respect others at this hotel. The hotel is not in the centre either.

I dont normally write reviews but really felt i should on this occasion as the holiday was fantastic. This hotel is perfect for families ours being four of us and two boys ages 5 and 7. We loved everything from the pool, the onsite water park, the entertainment, the great choice of food and the location of the hotel being close enough to the beach and short walk to the harbour or main shops . Have to give a massive shout out to the new entertainment guy (i believe his name was Amerliargo) and hes outstanding , never seen someone so fun and passionate about pleasing and entertaining everyone he really improves the hotels rating in our opinion

Hotell is nice generally, but, you have to know, that with all inclusive you: 1.WILL NOT HAVE free towels to go to the beach, like all hotels all over the world is doing with all inclusive system 2. will have a limited coctails, which they are making approximately all the same=) 3. phone inside the room is not in function 4. bad internet 5. really rude head management with terrible representative on the reception with funny name Charalambos Charalamboes (absolutely worth to go for communicative course to understand and to learn how to communicate with cients. 6. three days we did not have any warm water at all, toilet and dush was not in function. 7. no free water in the room. 8. it is not worth for your money. 9. I am not recommending you to go there. Hotel has a water mountains which are not nice and all kids and stucked in the middle of them and then push themselves with hands to move further - not funny. Hotel has a nice variaty of food - this is only one attraction, but not serving a water in the room like all hotels with alla inclusive servie are doing. Unfortunately, I can not recommend you to take with hotel if you are thinking about another alternative with the same price.

Avoid like the plague. I’m not fussy or stuck up but this hotel was awful. I would never return. No entertainment at night for kids - they were bored. Food awful. Not much choice and the choice we had was inedible. No food at the bars like advertised In all inclusive. So many things let this place down but the worst one was lying to me. When I booked this hotel 9 months ago I requested ground floor due to a climbing toddler and I’m scared of heights. They put us on second floor. When I asked for ground as requested they said they don’t do family rooms on ground which I went along with but thought was strange. Anyway days passed and I spoke to many families who were on ground floor. They blatantly lied to me. I was a nervous wreck with my toddler going near the balcony. She was trying to put chairs there to climb over the balcony. After this I refused to let her anywhere near outside. I kept her in the bedroom which wasn’t fair. This hotel has let my Cyprus experience down as I have never been before. I will return to this country because it’s beautiful but never to this hotel. Shocking.

A very clean hotel, with a variety of food every day and a very fun waterpark for kids and adults!! Very friendly staff and also very safe for our kids with cautious lifeguards. Very good positioning of the hotel surrounded by beaches and supermarkets making the hotel value for money!

What a beautiful hotel,the food,the service,bar and drinks all was great the staff is amazing and very helpful!! great facilities in the waterpark,the lifeguards they are something else first time i saw so serius lifeguards they help you and they are focus on their job making sure everyone follwing the rules!! 5🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅AMAZING

I liked the hotel. The food was good but it was very noice in the diningare. It was a lot of kids. The splasharea is good but I think it is for kids up to 10 years. They have more fun the older kids. There was alwasy music by the pool. Good value for your money. You could book this by TUI but it was a lot more money.

We travelled as a family of 3 (1 adult 2 kids 11&14) I was dubious of what to expect because of some of the reviews on here. We were pleasantly surprised! Check was easy, got taken to our room on the golf buggy. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, which was huge, clean and plenty of wardrobe space. Easy to use safe as well. The pics on the tui website of the apartments are out of date, they are modern and not old and dated like the pics. They are just 2 mins walk from the main hotel, nice and quiet. View wasn't fantastic but I wasn't there to sit for hours on the balcony, so this wasn't an issue for us. Pool area was well kept, lots of sunbeds however it does state that you cant leave towels before 9am..... people ignored this and most beds were gone by 9am. Water park is great. Not all the slides were open every day but again not much of an issue. Water is cold but was fine once you were in and it was refreshing after sitting in 30 degree heat. Drinks from the bar were ok, cocktails, fizzy drinks, soft drinks all included. Slush was 1 euro. Staff friendly enough. Beach 5 min walk from the hotel, downhill. 2.50 euro for sunbeds and 2.50 for umbrella. Man on the beach taking money and cleaning the beds, super friendly, working hard to maintain the beach. Gorgeous beach...... if you get the beach take a couple of mins to walk along to a sunbed instead of choosing the first ones you get to, less crowded further along the beach. We spent 2 days at the beach. Also caught the bus to Nissi Beach but only stayed 2hours because it was packed! Bus service easy to use 102 into Aiya Napa and 101 bus back. Food was good, plenty of choice, for all 3 meals. Ice cream available 12.30pm onwards. The waiters work hard but sometimes they did take your plate as you were still chewing your food which I found a little annoying. Entertainment is quite poor for older kids and adults, fire show and Greek night were probably the best it got. The rest was aimed at smaller children. On this basis I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again unless the entertainment got better. Oh one more thing, we travelled with friends and she did have some items disappear from her room, a bikini and some shorts. Don't like to point the finger but items dont just disappear from the room!

Hotel is really nice in a great city. Everyone is super friendly and smiling. We don't want to leave this place and planning to come back next summer. Special thanks to the entertainment. Bubble show and science show were amazing for the kids. Recommend the hotel.
