Nelia Gardens

Rooms are very big. Very close to the Strip. Breakfast and snacks are served in Nelia Gardens. Lunch and dinner are served in very close Nelia Beach hotel (5 minutes on foot). Wifi is very fast. The bar staff works great. Great value for reasonable price.

Just back from a 2 week stay in Nelia Gardens, we were all inclusive, now it's a very basic hotel, but you get what you pay for, our room was on the ground floor opposite the children's play area. The hotel is very close to the centre which is minutes away and also to beach and harbour The room was quite spacious with a large patio area, we had a cooker, kettle ,fridge and air con which was superb, the room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant girl who always had a big smile for you. A big shout out to the manager and his staff, on our first 2 days, we had 3 obnoxious and loud teenager girls next door to us, now I'm not an old fart but we felt we had to complain and he sorted it out in minutes. You get breakfast at Nelia Gardens and lunch at the Nelia Beach which is basically across the road on the next corner, breakfast was the usual stuff, sausage and bacon are yucky, the meals at Nelia Beach are top class My only complaint about Nelia Gardens is the bar, some of the staff are very unhelpful ,we didn't use it very much other than a quick drink at the end of our nightly walks, I went up on one Sunday to watch football and asked for a whisky and lemonade and I can assure you there was no whisky in it, I told the girl that as well, it fell on deaf ears, so I just drank the lager. Overall our stay was excellent except for the all inclusive whisky, would I go back, probably not, but someone who are unable to pay £4/5.000 for 2 people the big hotels, it's perfect

The room was dirty and old! Overpriced everything. Dirty towels! I was expecting better service. Some staff were friendly but not all of them. Crown restaurant is ok. Good food and friendly staff. Supermarket overpriced! I bought a charger which is not working. . And one charging battery which worked one day only.

Second time in this hotel and as before very nice stay.Staff are very friendly reception staff Tanya,Bipu,Olga and Camill .Cleaning staff very professional special thanks to Elaine,who was our cleaner last year, and Frosa who loved to chat.Pool was very clean,pretty quiet and plenty of comfatable sun beds.This is a nice quiet small hotel ideal for relaxation you could get breakfast there and snacks in the afternoon which were very nice from the napa crown.Main meals were served in the sister hotel Nelda Beach which was only a short walk over the road ,again food was excellent always a good choice.The all inclusive was in the napa crown a well run sports bar attached to the hotel this is a public pub well run by Marios a really friendly chap who always welcomed us,his staff are very professional special mention to Purushottam who is very friendly and polite but happy to serve you.The staff remembered us from last year which is nice.There is also a well stocked supermarket attached which is open very late and well priced. The downside is that we needed two rooms My friend had a pool view I paid quite a lot extra for a Sea view room as these were the only rooms left.We were intrigued as to where the sea view room would be as we are a little way from the sea.We arrived early hours my friends pool view was a wall you could see the pool if you looked round the wall,however the staff being what they are gave him a sea view room the next morning free of charge.My sea view was from my balcony on the top floor granted you could see the sea but it was a long way off ,couldn’t make anything out and definitely not worth the £300 I paid extra than a pool view.Tui contacted the hotel and we’re told that it was classed as a sea view if you want to see boats etc I would advise that you to take binoculars,I would definitely use this hotel again just wouldn’t pay for a distant Sea view,just a shame this is my only complaint but it’s a lot of money for what you get.

The worst staff that i never met in my Life....the waitresses are so rude..really bad experience...i m so sad because they destroyed my holidays in a Wonderful Place!!! If i Will back in the future in Agia Napa i Will stay for sure in a different hotel

It wasn't till u get here that been all-inclusive means nothing, your treat by the bar staff like your 2nd class citizens, their rude and refuse to serve you at your table, you have to go to the bar and if their not too busy you might get served, Nelia gardens is nowhere near Nelis beach standards , do not book Nelia Gardens
