Ini seharusnya menjadi hotel terburuk di bawah bendera Hilton. Seprai dijahit menjadi satu, dan wastafelnya kotor meski sudah tua. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk

Lokasinya agak jauh, sekitar 15 menit berkendara dari tempat balon udara, dan fasilitas hotel lumayan.

Salah satu hotel yang layak untuk menginap di Avanos. Kualitas Hiilton dapat dirasakan terutama pada desain hotel dan kamar-kamarnya. Ukuran, konsep dan kenyamanan kamarnya bagus; Namun, tempat ini agak ketinggalan jaman, sedikit renovasi akan membuatnya lebih baik. Sarapan baik-baik saja. Saya tidak menggunakan kolam renang atau SPA, tapi kelihatannya tidak buruk...

The hotel is unfortunately rather shabby. Fixtures are wearing out and staff are a little curt. This is a small regional centre of Turkey where tourism is its major business and this hotel could easily lift with some focus. Wide range of food at dinner and breakfast buffet but average to poor quality. Coffee machine not working and filter coffee like dishwater. Pool area lovely but no staff at the bar or towels. Rooms ok but tired. Bed too soft ( though some like these) but it was massive. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom products lovely. Low quality towels.

Very clean and spacious hotel in Cappadoccia. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and the staff is very friendly. Spending time in the lobby is quite relaxing. Hilton standards can be seen eveywhere so no disappointment in this hotel.

Part of our organized tour, we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Immediately when we entered our room, there was a smell of cigarette smoking, we had to open the window to air it out. Also the air conditioning did not work only heating. The breakfast and dinners, selections were not the best and the food was lukewarm and no taste. Really disappointed that after dinner, no tea or coffee was provided . You had to pay extra… the only great thing was the location, it was nearby for things to visit but by car or bus…

As a Diamond member, I received both an early check in and a great upgrade to a suite. This was a very pleasant surprise because the hotel was fully booked, and much appreciated. The room was far from the elvators and very quiet with a very comfortable bed, and I slept much better than I did in any other hotels the past week in Turkey. The hotel is on the outskirts of the small town of Avanos, but you can walk to a supermarket and Starbucks in under 20 minutes. It's also a short drive to all the highlights of Cappadocia. The hot tub is large, hot, and relaxing. My complaints are minor. One is regarding misinformation. The front desk associate and the spa manager both told me the gym doesn't open until 10am, but there is a sign stating that it's open 24 hours, and I was able to work out in the early morning before breakfast and my tours. The other complaint is regarding dinner staff. No one greeted me (or anyone else). It's a bit of a free-for-all for the dinner buffet, and I actually had to hunt down a staff member to pay for my dinner. There was never a host to seat me or any staff to bring me my bill. This made me realize that with all the groups there with half-board bookings, anyone can walk in and have dinner and leave without paying. Despite these two problems, I really enjoyed my stay and the lovely upgraded suite. Definitely a 5 star experience.

A week before arriving I got an email saying a concert would be held and the outdoor pool would not be availableduring that time. What They failed to say was the concert would be going until after 11pm so loud earplugs didn’t work. When I asked for a manager I was told they had no clue when the manager would be available and made no effort to correct the fact that I got no sleep after after traveling for 38 hours and planning to get up at 4am the next day. On the fourth day of asking for the manager finally they were available to talk. When I brought up the concert the excuse I was given is they said they emailed warning of a concert. When I said there was no mention of it being that loud and until late at night the response I got was “ everyone knows concerts are always at night”. There were multiple other issues at this hotel: room service forgot my order. They ignored my down feather allergy, and ignored my request for a manger to contact me. I would never stay here again.

Double-Tree by Hilton is a notch lower in quality than Hilton. It’s more affordable though. Room was comfortable though a bit tight. The hotel location was good. Not far from hot air balloon launch site. We can see them taking off early morning. Buffets were decent. On one of the nights, the dinner buffet didn’t have enough food ready for patrons’ rush. There was a queue waiting for the chicken entree to cook. Over-all a sufficiently good stay.
