Amazing stay. Loved the location- next to Queen’s steer and close to all the major attractions. Staff were really nice and assured us with charging our mobile as I had forgotten my charger.

Staff is friendly but I did not want or appreciate the 8:30am door knock from cleaning or the 9pm calls asking if we want or need anything because we did not get our room serviced.

Great hotel! Had a short stay of one night and it was everything I expected. The staff were friendly, and the room was very comfortable :)

I need to thank the Chinese Front desk employee. He helped a lot. And I mean a lot. Thanks to him, we had a pleasant stay, short as it was. I would also like to thank the staff at the restaurant for helping making a sudden meeting work! Rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel borders Queen Road, which is quite at the centre of town life. We had a very pleasant experience in NZ, also thanks to the staff at this hotel.
