Clean room and Good location

Hotel was absolutely beautiful

很棒，服務員也很nice. 對面就是很大的商場，唯一缺陷就是沒有早餐！衹能往酒店後面街道上的意大利早餐店簡單用餐。

酒店處於繁華商圈，停車費很貴，自助停車$45/天，代客泊車$55/天。感覺酒店管理混亂，清早8：20工作人員竟拿着房卡開門做清潔，幸好我們反鎖了房門進不來，但把我們吵醒了，後來退房時給前台反映，前台也沒表現出驚訝，一副見慣不驚的樣子，還懶洋洋地笑了下。再也不會入住這個酒店。

酒店沒有早餐，一樓有個小咖啡廳。大廳的Palm餐廳胃口很不錯，值得推薦。周圍有個很大的商場，購物方便。

非常不錯，適合商務出行

I loved everything about this hotel from the parking attendants to the front desk clerks and housekeeping. Everyone was professional, pleasant, accommodating and friendly. The room I had was beautiful and comfortable and clean and the layout was perfect. Having a restaurant onsite was a bonus although the hotel was surrounded by many eateries. I’m well pleased with my stay and would give it the highest ratings.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was lovely. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, we found the restaurant in the area lacking in flavor and customer service. For the price paid, we expected better quality. Surprisingly, the food at the mall was more satisfying and better value for money.

Gary in valet was phenomenal! He gave recommendations for restaurants and events happening around the city during our stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. If only you added a spa I may never leave!

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was located right next to elevator and vending area which contrary to my room preference, but this time location of the room to the elevator and vending area has no negative impacts to our stay.

We only had one rob in the room and our phone doesn’t work to call for service. Also the room service ended too early so we would not have been able to order it even if our phone did work. Overall the stay was fine.

The problem with my room started off being the door! My door would not open to my room, which caused a lot of frustration. I was told that a mechanic would come to see the problem. No one showed for the two days I was there. This made me feel undervalued due to my cousin, Lil Baby, referring me to stay here. Honestly, staff in the morning was unpleasant and not friendly.

My stay was very nice and welcoming honestly i would stay there again. There are a couple things i will pass along just because i don’t stay in Atlanta very often. The hotel elevators require your card to even move the elevator which is great idea too on just need to be informed about this feature! One more thing if you have a big truck over 6”3 go to vallet parking and they could just refrigerators that all!!! Great place
