Hotel had overbooked, sent me to their hotel over the road. It’s a very grim neighbourhood. Unhealthy looking drug users and *********** on the street. Breakfast was good, bright sunny dining room.

Warm welcome team, and smile team...I will recommend definitely this to any friends

I highly appreciated the staff from Boss Boutique Athens for their helpfulness and friendliness. We had a trouble with our rental car and their staff/ manager were willing to go beyond and help us in resolving the issue. They offered more than we expected. The breakfast was good and the location is great for anyone who wants to travel around Athens. Highly recommended and thank you again for your help!

The rooms are basic. The bed sheets were actually clean as well as towels and smelled good. But the hotel needs a little renovation. The white walls did not look white. there were many corners on the floor that looked cracked. A little cleaning of the elevators are needed. I would rate this hotel as 3. Seems to be a popular hotel for tourists as there were many people. The location is very close to the metro Omonia but the area is not nice. A lot of homeless on the streets and area looks dirty. There was a small supermarket close to the Omonia metro. I think the main good thing was the selection of food for the breakfast. They had many choices. The service at the counter was nice.

Great hotel, good value, just a Shane that it's surrounded by drug ******* and sex workers at night. Not a good place to bring a family.

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig nur cs. 500 von der zentralen Metrostation Omoniaplatz entfernt, aber in einem recht heruntergekommenen Viertel. Das Hotel selbst ist relativ neu renoviert und bietet ein gutes vielfältiges Frühstüück, sowie grosse Zimmer auch mit zwei Doppelbetten und grosser Glasdusche. Nicht zu verstehen ist allerdings dass sich die Elemente des Laminatbodens bewegen lassen (zu kurz abgeschnitten) und dieser Zustand so belassen wird. Auch ihat sich in der tollen Dusche Schimmel gebildet, der deutlich zu riechen ist. Beide Mängel sind einfach zu beheben. Warum passiert dss nicht, bevor der Zustand schlimmer wird? Hier ist das Hotelmanagement und Maintenance gefragt.

Das Hotel habe ich mehrfach besucht leider dieses Mal bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Bettwäsche zum Teil verdreckt, unregelmäßige Auffüllung zu Pflegeprodukten, Boden wurde nicht gewischt und den Staub und Flecken auf dem Tisch, Boden und im Bad zu sehen.

Wird sind zum dritten Mal hier, diesmal sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Normalerweise ist das Hotel schön, perfekt gelegen. Schick und große Zimmer. Abgesehen das die Preise gestiegen sind und alles etwas teuerer geworden ist …. -Service in der Küche unfreundlich, kein Lächeln kein Begrüßung( Ansichtssache) - Zimmer Reinigung jeden Tag unregelmäßig sauber, entweder es fehlen Tücher, Zahnbürsten, Bademantel, dreckige Bezüge und Dusche wurde paar Tage gar nicht gereinigt. Möbel, Türen und Wände verdreckt. Leider ist die Erwartung für das Hotel hoch und für den Preis pro. Nacht 90€ Reinigung einfach katastrophal, trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung Nicht komplett ausgeführt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht !

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Boss Boutique Hôtel, le personnel nous a accueilli, nous ont demandé le nom de la réservation et nous ont tout de suite informé que notre réservation a été modifié et que nous allions séjourner dans un autre hôtel. Nous avons demandé des explications qu'ils n'ont pas pu fournir car ils n'en savaient pas plus. Un personnel de l'accueil nous a conduit à un autre hôtel : Evita Asty Hôtel. Lorsque nous y sommes arrivés nous étions assez mécontentes car nous sommes passés d'une réservation d'un hôtel 5 étoiles à un hôtel 3 étoiles. Malgré que le personnel d'Evita Asty Hôtel était très sympathique, la réservation n'était pas celle que nous avions faites. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, il y avait 3 lits simples alors que nous étions seulement 2. La taille de la salle de bain et de la chambre sont correctes mais la taille de la vasque de la salle de bain est à revoir. C'était une minuscule vasque, à peine assez grande pour se laver correctement les mains, impossible de se laver le visage dans mettre de l'eau partout, en plus de ça le robinet bougeait dans tous les sens car il était un peu détaché de la vasque. Il y avait un balcon mais la porte était fermée à clé et impossible d'y accéder. Même en ayant les fenêtres et portes ouvertes, on entendait le bruit de la route, super si on a un sommeil léger. C'était comme habiter sur Paris avec tout le bruit de la circulation, le son des sirènes, etc. Les lits n'étaient pas hyper agréable ou peut-être que c'était l'ambiance de la chambre qui nous empêchait de dormir correctement. Il y avait une télévision dans la chambre mais il n'y avait que les chaînes local, aucune possibilité de connecter son compte Netflix ou autre pour regarder la TV.

Très bien (à part la localisation) Propre et grande chambre. Petit déjeuner très bien
