Mereka lupa pemesanan kami, butuh lebih dari 1 jam untuk menemukannya, jadi kirim email ke hotel untuk memastikan mereka menunggu Anda. Sementara itu mereka menyelesaikannya dan meningkatkan ke suite, jadi mereka melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Layanannya bagus seperti di Jumeirah mana pun. Properti sedikit tanggal, tapi kualitas masih sangat baik. Baik nilai untuk uang.

The hotel is conveniently situated near DIFC and has a direct air conditioned link to the metro station. My stay was absolutely pleasant and the staff were meticulous and professional in their service, attending to every detail. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a scenic view of the city.

Helpful staff - the check in was smooth, although bor check out the "pending hold" has still not been released despite it being 3 weeks since I have checked out so it's getting me a bit worked up! I wish the gym and pool was not under renovation because I would have enjoyed those especially on hot days!

Great experience to stay. However, swimming pool is not easy to use when it comes to changing suit. Only one person can use the changing room. Except that, the Hotel was brilliant. also Every staff is really kind.

Great hotel and location. The room was quite big- pleasant surprise. The staff were very attention to our needs and our requirements and this was very well received. The breakfast was incredible and offering good options. In all, a very pleasant stay.
