Very beautiful and comfortable infinity onsen, good for families and couples

The hotel was great, wonderful service, good food, nice staff overall, however, Fuua spa was a bit disappoint with no extra towels to use. I would suggest to bring a bottle of drinking water or you would have to purchase. We stayed in the mountain side because it was cheaper but the ocean view would be great. You can see ropeway going up and down on the mountain side. Bus runs for free between the station and the hotel every 20 minutes or so. No reservation needed. It’s right in front of McDonalds at the station. Bus is not large. I would suggest to get there a bit early if you want to sit with your company together. You have a half off ropeway discount in the card you get at the check in counter so don’t throw it away after check out the hotel :)

free entry to the xcellent spa with plenty of resting places. grest view from the spa and rooms. very polite and helpful staff. good value for money

A normal hotel with high rate, poor buffet food, poor room facilities.

Location is great and easy to walk around. Room size is also decent in this popular location.

お母さんへの誕生日プレゼントとしてこちらのホテルに一泊泊まらせていただきました。青空に綺麗な海を眺めながら温泉を楽しめるし、清潔感がとても良く、スタッフさんも優しくて、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。お母さんとめっちゃ気に入ったのでまた行きたいと思います。

必須給5分的酒店。提前一天訂下行程，熱海有名的温泉酒店都沒有了。衹訂到這家，居然還送一次fuua Spa的門票。很驚喜，也很喜歡。而且在熱海商店街大排長龍的布丁也有。房間海景露台，很新，沖淋房也很大很舒服。自助晚餐，熱菜一般，甜品和刺身壽司都很新鮮

酒店房間非常舒適，有超大海景，餐廳食物豐富，溫泉也有超大海景。有shuttle bus 去熱海站。非常讚的住宿體驗。

房間超級大，和式，有60平方米，正對着熱海灣。是舊樓區域。我和女兒兩人住綽綽有餘。可以想象火花大會的美景。也因為不是花火大會時節才能訂到這個朝向的房間。早晚自助餐都很豐富，還有免費正對海港的大浴場可泡。海港夜景很不錯。

房間衞生很乾凈，設施比較新，交通方便，温泉體驗比較好，酒店服務人員服務體貼細緻入微，温泉水質非常好，

位置還可以，因有接駁車。早餐美味和物種多。酒店旁有䌫車上熱海城，非常方便。

とっても綺麗で清潔感あり！そしてオーシャンビューのお部屋からの海の景色が本当に綺麗でした(^^) 夜ご飯のビュッフェは、これと言った特徴が無いなとは思ったけど、普通に美味しいです(^^) 朝ごはんの鰹節たっぷりとワサビの丼を作って食べられるのがハマってしまった(^^) fuua側の立ち湯は感動ものでした。あのお風呂に入る為にまた行きたい！と思う程(^^) また行きます(^^)
