It was a terrible hotel I do not understand how was this hotel granted 4 star! Rooms are small. Service is bad. Breakfast was horrible. Unpleasant behavior of personnel especially the person with glasses and weird hair needs service training especially to children who’s stays at hotel. I would definitely not recommend it and hope you do not choose it as well. There are better options near to Gent if you want to visit Brugges as well. In addition I paid unfair 30 Euros for my daughter’s breakfast for 2 days. Management and hospitality service definitely should change asap. Anyhow I rate it as 2 star highway hotel.
Tanggapan dari Properti: Hello,the only solution to this is to learn some manners to you yourself and to your children.Having your children run into everyone in the breakfast area and then blaming Staff is quite a shame.Shame on you.

A very good four-star hotel with very good service. There is a free parking lot at the door. It is very important for us who are traveling by car. It is very convenient to turn in at the highway intersection. There is also a very rich breakfast and a mini refrigerator. We stayed for two days Very satisfied, will stay again next time

Very nice (new) hotel. Very friendly staff. A breakfast buffet to die for... We will definitely come back!
