Nice hotel . Big problem with the air conditioning but they give us a bonus.

We arrived about 3 hours ahead of check in. Not only did they allow us to check in early, they upgraded our room. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Pleasant staff.

Was flying through Reagan to get home. Got stuck due to weather so had to stay overnight. The understaffed night shift did a good job of processing all the last minute reservations. The one hotel shuttle was not adequate to deal with picking up all the last minute guests from the airport. A number of us ended up taking a taxi or Uber to the hotel. The room and bed was comfy, quiet and dark. The shower was very much welcome in the morning. Could have used a complementary toothbrush and toothpaste since my luggage was still at the airport. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good. Overall I had a restful stay and would stay here again.

We love staying here. Room was nice, service great, people very helpful. The only thing we do not care for is, because the buildings are so close, very time we would look out our window the building next to us the person living there could look right at us. Not the best for privacy. The person was always there. We couldn't enjoy daylight or night time opening our curtains at all. We paid extra for a King suite just to get a good view. PRIVACY, NOT!!!!

The location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast was not included as we paid smart amount to stay there for 1 night. We were misguided about the parking and were asked to pay $65 for 24 hours whereas it was Christmas Eve so the public parking was free. The paid parking machines are outside the hotel building please check them first before you pay the parking fees to the hotel.

Checking in with Jordan from the Front Desk was very frustrating. I was there for almost 30minutes checking in coz he couldnt book my rooms properly and he kept on giving me inconsistent information. Didnt even apologize.

the bathrooms needs to be cleaner the tub especially . And parking is priced ridiculous so I couldnt stay more then one day

I always love this hotel with a king room with balcony. Beautiful view of DC and the airport. It’s a little dated but very comfortable!
