Almira Hotel

We visited Arkudi for a nice weekend. We found a beautiful hotel, last minute, and what I would call a hidden gem, Arkudi is a small town in Peloponis the last thing my wife and I expected was to find this hotel, we did not expect the quality and service we recieved, what a beautiful place everyone treated us with love and respect, the staff are kind and very attentive to your needs, the pool the cocktails even the service at the beach was amazing. The icing on the cake was the amazing restaurant, I'm a chef and I've visited many places in Greece most don't cook fresh but everything we ordered was fresh (NOT FROZEN) and I ended up ordered so much food we had to take it home to finish haha! I can't wait to go back. It's a home away from home and somewhere. I definitely recommend to anyone to go to visit. If you want to be surprised go to this place it ticks all the boxes and is worth every single penny. Love and respect to everyone working there and thank you again. ❤️

We stay 1 week at Almari with our two kids. Kindly staff. Very good location with a nice view. Perfect service at the restaurant, beach, … Nice greek breakfast. The hotel had a good restaurant also near. Quiet neighborhood. It was a perfect stay. We come back :-)

A place where everything is special. The room, the view, the staff. Located directly on the sandy beach and next to the sea. Clear and clean water Impeccable cleanliness. The pictures in the hotel description show exactly the reality. The staff at the reception extremely kind and competent, willing to help. Upon arrival or departure, the reception staff will arrange transport to the pick-up point. Excellent breakfast, for all tastes. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner with good quality dishes and excellent service. Drinks can be served at the pool bar, as well as an excellent expresso. A place where if you've been once, you definitely want to come back.

We loved our stay at Hotel Almira. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast was great but the best thing was our host. He helped us out of a problem and we can never thank him enough!!

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in an exquisite location. Everything about our stay was perfect. The only possible thing to complain about was the orange juice at breakfast, which seemed to be something akin to North American Tang. Juice aside, the breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice, and different delicious items each day. The staff were wonderful. The location and view are breathtaking. And there is free parking in the beach area on the edge of town right next to the hotel. It is possible to get in and out of the parking while entirely avoiding the narrow streets of town. This is the kind of hotel that makes one fall in love with Greece and want to stay forever.

Great property directly on the beach. Great for those looking for both pool and beach at the same hotel. Breakfast was offered between 8am to 10am. Hotel is relatively new, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, all around was a great experience. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights at the lovely Almira hotel. It is really well run with great and friendly staff and couldn't have a better location - right on the lovely beach and in the centre of the village of Arkoudi. The breakfasts were really good and one of the best Greek hotel breakfasts we have experienced. The service on the beach was also excellent. We will be back!

Friendly hotel with excellent access to a lovely beach.

Das Almira fanden wir nur durch Zufall auf unserer Reise. Ein etwas versteckt gelegenes kleines Hotel in fantastischer Lage an einer kleinen Bucht und hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein kleines Städtchen mit Restaurants und Supermarkt. Nicht so ein überlaufener Touriort mit Souvenirgeschäften. Zum Hotel…wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten in zwei Räumen. Im hinteren Kinderzimmer waren Schränke mit vier Schubladen und weichen Matratzen. Im vorderen Zimmer war die Matratze härter und es gab weiteren Stauraum. Ein Sideboard mit 4 gr. Schubladen . Es gab zwei TV (keine Ahnung mit welchem Programm) und das Bad war auch groß und sauber. Von dem Balkon aus hatte man einen schönen Blick auf den Pool als auch aufs Meer. Das Frühstück war ok, wenn gleich ich Früchte (Melone, Orangen, Feigen etc.) für den Joghurt vermisste. Es gab Müsli und Cornflakes und allerlei griechisches Gemüse, Gebäck würzig und süß. Der Kaffee war gut, allerdings die beiden Säfte in rot und orange waren Chemie pur und Ultra süß. Negativ empfand ich das wifi, es war in unserem Zimmer einfach nicht stark und brach ständig ab obwohl wir nicht weit von der Rezeption entfernt waren. Damit haben wir viel unbemerkt unseres Datenvolumens verbraucht. Der Pool war sauber und ansprechend und der Weg zum Meer nur ein Sprung entfernt. Es gab Strandliegen vom Hotel, allerdings war es am Wochenende schwieriger eine Liege zu finden da da viel einheimische da waren. Man kann sich dort auch hinlegen wenn man kein Hotelgast ist und eine Getränk an der Bar bestellt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder nehmen wenn wir ein paar Tage ausruhen möchte. Die Bucht ist klein, aber über die Dünen hinweg kann man einen längeren Strandspaziergang machen. Über TUI ist das Hotel wohl mit Flug Flug recht günstig. Wir haben für das Familienzimmer 140€ bezahlt.
