Resort molto bello immerso nella natura e nel verde, con tanti servizi offerti. Da curare, illuminazione, la notte i vialetti sono buii Parcheggio in sterrato, troppo polveroso

Siamo stati 3 giorni in questo bel resort con il nostro bassotto, abbiamo pagato un supplemento di 15 euro a notte ma ne è valsa la pena. Le hanno dato un pacchetto di benvenuto molto apprezzato e la possibilità di stare con noi nelle aree dedicate a lei! Inoltre poteva stare in stanza da sola anche in nostra assenza, abbiamo così potuto godere anche di alcuni servizi extra come la cavalcata che consiglio a tutti e la spa molto bella e rilassante! Nota dolente il cibo, un po’ caro e la colazione non prevede prodotti senza lattosio, ma soprattutto non ci sono prodotti arborea come ci si aspetterebbe

I feel like I need to leave review on this resort. What can I say? It was really good, specially when visiting the venue with a pet. On check in they gave us a toy for the dog, list of rules, and the resort map, showing where the dog can go and not. However they did not say anything at any time, and the staff was super friendly (also with the dog). Technically they tell you you can only eat outside with the dog, however when I mentioned that will be leaving the dog in the room as its too cold for us to eat outside, they immediately told us that we can go in (as long as the dog is quite). The beach is about 15 minute walk for the reception, and its a very nice walk. they have 2 pools, spa, sports court, various restaurants, entertainment, etc I highly recommend this resort for a small break from the daily hustle.

This was definitely not 4 stars, it was 3 star’s experience. I had to drag my suitcase in a dirt road for a quarter of a mile as they wouldn’t let me in the resort to drop off my huge suitcase, despite me asking for it and pointing it out. The nature at the facility was really beautiful, the horseback riding was a nice touch. But the facility, restaurants and service were still at 3 star lever and not 4 starts.

My 9 year old daughter and I had an incredible week at Horse Country Sardinia. We had the opportunity to do one-on-one lessons, as well as a two-hour beach treks. The scenery around the stables is simply breathtaking and the horses are expertly managed and cared for. The beach treks are a great way to experience the stunning Sardinian coastline, and the one-on-one lessons are perfect for those who want to progress their riding skills. Rachel, the manager, is a talented rider and excellent instructor and was always very patient and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and confident, and was a great source of knowledge and support. The other instructors Luciano and Andrea are also excellent instructors. We had an amazing time and look forward to our next visit in the near future. Horse Country Sardinia is a unique experience that we will never forget!

I was bitten by a stray dog that decided to swim in the hotel pool. There was no life guard on site. The hotel manager lied to me to find out who the owner was,never talked to him again. Nobody cared how I felt. I took care of the medical trea**ent myself. There is no WIFI in the rooms, no TV channel in a language other than Italian. No life guard as there is one responsible for 2 pools and the beach.The beach was covered with Poseidonia grass, not to be enjoyed, but price was not adjusted. Not to be recommended, especially if you have kids, think twice , your kid may get bitten!! In the pool!!! AND nobody will care, the hotel and travel agent say bad luck.

I wasn't in the Resort but only there for horse riding. I'm an experienced rider and searched for a jaunty ride on spirited horses. Unfortunately it is like a riding school. The horses are mentally jaded and only run one behind each other with droopy ears, even in the trot and canter. It was a very sad experience. They stand in their stable completely with saddle and bridle and wait for the next tourist, the same after the ride. We walked back and forth through the pine woold and at the sea, until the 2 hours were over. It's a very big stable with it's own booking office inside, the assignment of the horses takes place online and is very impersonal. The guide is also just doing his job. You can see that he's on tour with different tourists x times a day. The 2* are for the physical state of the horses: They are well groomed and fed.

Siamo stati in questo Resort due notti in occasione di un Congresso del Momento dei Focolari come alcuni anni fa e si è ulteriormente confermata la bellezza di questa location. Camere confortevoli, giardino curato, personale gentilissimo, cibo buono a buffet in abbondanza. Il servizio dei camerieri è stato lodevole ed un ringraziamento a tutto lo Staff in particolare al Maitre che ha gestito bene il lavoro nonostante le due sale da pranzo al completo con il pienone. Siamo stati in questa struttura ( 4 stelle!!!) per un fine settimana dal venerdì alla domenica. La struttura all’esterno si presenta bene…ben curata, pulita e immersa nel verde. All’interno invece si presenta vecchia e sporca. Abbiamo prenotato per una Camera Superior Relax and Spa 4**** al costo di 420€ (2 persone con mezza pensione). L’offerta comprendeva la mezza pensione e un pass per l’ingresso alla spa. (perché se abbiamo prenotato per la camera relax and spa abbiamo diritto ad un solo pass?? Perché non ci è stato comunicato al nostro arrivo?) La camera piccola e poco pulita, non è dotata di zanzariera (all’esterno è presente un giardino) e il bagno ha la vasca e senza finestra. La TV non è funzionante e nonostante i 4 solleciti, il problema non è stato mai risolto mentre la doccetta era incrostata di calcare e non usciva l’acqua. Dopo il nostro sollecito è stata sostituita dal manutentore. La colazione è abbondante con scelta tra dolce e salato… ma se arrivi un po in ritardo non trovi tanto perché non viene rimpiazzata. La cena è a buffet ed è abbastanza varia (i primi sono immangiabili perché scotti) Il personale non è all’altezza di gestire una struttura del genere. Disorganizzato e non da le informazioni necessarie. Siamo stati noi per caso a sapere che la cena a buffet, poteva essere sostituita dalla grigliata presso il Saloon a pochi passi dal villaggio, nella Spa non ci hanno proposto nulla di quello che potevano fare (massaggi etc etc.). I camerieri del ristorante sono gentili, ma pochi per poter gestire tanti clienti. Se erano in sofferenza a Maggio, cosa sarà ad agosto? Abbiamo fatto l’escursione a cavallo nel maneggio presente accanto alla struttura. L’escursione dura un’ora passando nella pineta e in spiaggia. LA spiaggia purtroppo è sporchissima e non viene pulita da tanto. Plastica ovunque portata dalle mareggiate. Sicuramente non è compito della struttura fare la pulizia, ma non è un bel biglietto da visita per i turisti che pagano per vedere spazzatura ovunque. Poi ci lamentiamo se il turista non ritorna in Sardegna!!! Sconsigliato!! Rapporto qualità (ribadisco 4 stelle ) prezzo ( € 420,00) non adeguato.
