It was mediocre and could have had better service

Service is okay, haven't tried the food but they neglected to tell me that there's no soap at the hotel before I purchase my room

Worst place ever everything was dirty. I would not let my dog stay here. I immediately left as soon as I walked in the room and saw the filth I was supposed to sleep in. No thanks.The front desk guy repeatedly advised us not to smoke in the room I mean repeatedly I guessed we fit a certain stereotype. The parking lot was full of cars coming and going and tweakers. I was denied a refund and told I would never be aloud to stay at their hotel again lol my pleasure. The place is a dump period. Customer service was terrible. If -5 was a rating I would pick it.

Run Run Run from this place! Filthy dirty, !!! Walls were marked up and holes! Light fixtures fullllll of dead bugs dead flies on floor, urine stain on blanket! I could go on deserves a 0 but not a option! That night they moved us to another room it was a bit cleaner but still bad! Informed NO REFUNDS!

Hotel was good one problem I had to pay direct to the hotel because according to the hotel clerk you(Xpedia)took the money from the reservation’s back so he had to call you guys to fixed the problem you cost.not happy with With Xperia?

Poor excuse for a continental breakfast. Had coffee, a few slices of bread with nothing to put on it. Remnants of cold cereal, but no milk. Really a joke. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise "breakfast included with your stay"

This was my first time using this service, so I was uncertain about many things, and I had lots of questions because i did not want to ever forget this day. The staff there was very attentive in reassuring me that all will go well for me, and it sure did. I appreciate each and every person that worked there.

The customer service during check-in was horrible. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor and when I came out of the room to get my bags I saw that the elevator buttons were gone, meaning I would have to take the stairs up 3 floors. I asked for a different room and was told there were none available. I asked for a refund and a vacancy on the 2nd floor appeared. There was no tv connection to the outside world, no over the air, cable satellite, nothing. No hangars in the closet. The floor was sticky. They should be better than this.

I liked the fact that it was clean and quiet. Television options met my needs.There was tin work out area but I was still able to get it in. I did not like not having breakfast. I also did not like not having Ice or snack options available on site.
